Pros: This card is great, BF2 sounds amazing and all for 50 bucks. This card can support 7.1 speakers, Im running a 5.1 system and let me tell you, I did not know my speaker s could sound that good.

Cons: none whatsoever

Overall Review: Newegg does it again paid for 3 day shipping 2 days before christmass weekend, it was supposed to arrive on the 27, and I got it on the 26. Newegg rocks.

Pros: Great sound. I upgraded from the onboard sound in the Gigabyte DS3. In battlefield 2 I hear sounds that I never heard before. I didn't even know that when you revive someone they started coughing till now. And the bullets hitting things sound so much realer.

Cons: I cant really tell much of a difference in MP3 playback. There is a little bit more bass and stuff but not much better than onboard in terms of MP3 playback. So if your not going to play games onboard should be fine. Also I am sorry to say that unlike the guy 2 reviews below me I didn't experience in increase in frame rates.

Overall Review: At first I thought this card sucked. It sounded really no better than the onboard sound. That was until I went into the BF2 menu and made the hardware render the game sound instead of the software, then there was a huge difference. So make sure you enable hardware sound rendering in your games.

Pros: EAX certified, 7.1 channels, takes some load off of your cpu. Oh and since this is one of the slightly older creative cards it actually still has the mic and input connectors on it. Much cheaper than xfi, produces sound and music as good as I've ever experienced, and very easy to install. No problems for me whatsoever.

Cons: I'm having a hard time thinking of any. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Overall Review: I chose this over the xfi series because I wanted one with a mic plug that wasn't expensive and that had a high user rating. As the templar at the end of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade would say, I have chosen wisely!

Overall Review: Much Creative software seems a bit worthless, but that is fine because you have a choice to install or not to install.

Pros: Hooked up without a hitch. Noticed an impressive difference in overall sound quality. I think my speakers and subwoofer are three times louder than before.

Pros: Excellent sound for a cheap price!! The drivers work perfectly with easy to use settings AND you can customize everything about your sound.

Pros: Absolutely no noise. Very nice midi synthesizer (actually two of them!) Bought it for WoW, and, obviously, made a right choce.

Cons: Need to upgrade my old MIDI cable.

Overall Review: I shoud've upgraded my sound card long time ago.

Pros: The sound is incredible! I have been using onboard audio cards since before they were 5.1 and 7.1 channels. I didnt know what I was missing. The increase range is very noticeable when listening to a guitar solo, for example. The software is also very simple, basically just changing the appeance of the default volume control and adding a couple minor things.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I should have bought one of these sooner.
