Yes it comes with a single license. It's easy to use, I used it to clone my old boot hdd onto my new SSD.

If you mean a spacer for 9.5 mm, yes.  It is rectangular plastic ring with adhesive tape, goes on the back of the SSD, makes inserting it into the laptop's hard drive socket very easy.  It also comes with some fantastic cloning software, which was very fast, expanding partitions automatically and so forth.  The SSD works great (I upgraded from a Samsung 1 TB SSD to this Crucial 2 TB SSD).  (The Samsung drive had none of this, was difficult to insert until I used tongue depressor sticks under the drive to get it to line up with the hard drive socket.  While that worked, the sticks were never really secured and moved around, sounding like something was loose inside the laptop!)  I highly recommend this 2 TB SSD if you need a really fast hard drive with that kind of storage capacity.  1 TB SSDs cost a lot less and are more than adequate for most people.

What is the speed of this SSD? 5400 rpm or 7200 rpm?

RPM refers to the speed that magnetic drives spin at; they are circular trays that pass under a head, like a record player. SSD is a different type of drive; instead of being magnetically based, it uses memory chips. Thus, both the amount of data you can read off this drive (and the speed  at which it can be access) is far in excess of any 7200 RPM drive. You'll be blown away by the performance if you're coming from a 5400/7200 RPM magnetic hard drive.

The upper limit on SATA 3Gb/s is about 300MB/sec. You should expect about 250-260MB/s or roughly half the speed. This will be almost 3 time faster than a 7200 RPM HDD used in a similar application. I hope this helps!

Will this SSD work with Windows XP?

Yes.  It is independent of the OS.  Old hardware that is IDE only might not work as SATA to IDE converters are tenuous.   But yes, this SSD works on XP.

I can't personally guarantee this because I've never had a Mac.  I did install this in a Dell Precision laptop, which Dell calls a workstation, purchased in 2012.  I had previously placed a Samsung 1 TB SSD in it with some difficulty.  The Crucial 2 TB SSD installed a lot easier!  It comes with adhesive spacer rings, which helps align the pins better when pushing the SSD into its slot.  It also comes with excellent cloning software that quickly copied the full contents of my 1 TB SSD onto the new 2 TB SSD and automatically resized the partitions.  On rebooting, I noticed no changes other than I now had twice as much hard drive capacity!  To clone the hard drive, I highly recommend an external drive docking station (you put the new SSD into the docking station, which plugs into the computer's USB 3.0 port).  In Nov. 2015, I bought a WavLink 12TB USB3.0 Dual Bay Docking Station with 2 slots for either 2.5 and 3.5" SATA or SSDs from Newegg for only $40.  It works extremely well and I highly recommend it (if it is still available).  It will also allow you to use your old hold drives as data storage devices.  I hope this helps answer your question.

Yes. All this requires to work in any computer is a SATA connection. You may not get full speed but it'll be many times faster than any mechanical drive. In fact an SSD will use fewer resources and actually be an easier load. But SATA-1,2 or 3 jacks in your computer will all support this.

Yes, it will work fine. a standard SATA connection and a very fast SSD. Remember to not go over 2TBs in size unless you're installing the 64bit version of Windows 10.
