Pros: This card impressed me when I bought it over a year ago. The price was high but after just a few hours I realized I could overclock to a massive 1,267mhz. And that's being completely stable. It's worth it!
Cons: Doesn't like a super heavily modded Skyrim, but it chugs on decently.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This GTX670 right out of the box looks fantastic! Looks sturdy and well made.
Battlefield 3 max settings in 1080p plays very well! Rarely dipping below 60FPS.
The OC: From what I understand some get different OC's. To my surprise my 670 out of the box has a boost clock of 1176! The base is 980 therefor a boost of 196 core clock! In MSI Afterburner I was able to nudge the core clock up +100 and the memory +100 also. The stable OC for BF3 I was able to achieve with this card was 1276!
The Temperature: Amazing. For such a high overclock and performance it hit only 70 Celsius under MSI Kombuster. Under normal conditions in BF3 mine hits only 63 Celsius!
The Sound: Very Quiet! For an air cooled card it performs very well. My MSI fan profile hits 40% fan speed at 65 Celsius and seeing as no game I've played so far can make it go above 63C the card stays 20-40%. Even at a forced 50% fan speed it's still not that loud.
Cons: Doesn't bake me cakes.
Doesn't tell me the future.
-Meaning it probably can do both, just doesn't want too.
Other Thoughts: VERY Good product for your money.
If you get a card the performs just as mine does then you will not regret buying it one bit!
