Awesome Mobile Device

NVIDIA SHIELD Portable
NVIDIA SHIELD Portable

Pros: -Feel Solid, doesn't feel like a toy or cheap -Fast, I love my nexus 7, but this thing blazes through everything -Flexibility in gaming options. Android gaming, emulators, pc streaming, console mode. -Can serve as a media center in console mode.

Cons: -A bit heavy -Awkward to carry around town -After hours of usage, my hands become uncomfortable. -Wished analog sticks were like 360 controller an not dual shock, but that's a personal preference -Price, you got to pay to play, but feel that $200 would be the sweetspot

Overall Review: I love thing, as a tinkerer there is so much to love with the Shield. I've been able to play games varying from Dead Trigger 2 and GTA Vice city in android, to Zelda: Ocarina of time and Star Fox in a N64 emulator, to streaming Borderlands 2 and Skyrim. Just before bed I launched hulu plus and caught up on some shows. I feel like a kid again with an awesome new toy. Looking forward to seeing what else nvidia is planning for this.

Most Critical Review

OK Case, horrible customer service

nMEDIAPC Black Aluminum / Acrylic / Steel HTPC 6000B ATX Media Center / HTPC Case
nMEDIAPC Black Aluminum / Acrylic / Steel HTPC 6000B ATX Media Center / HTPC Case

Pros: Looks very good blends in with the rest of my A/V equipment. Cheap. Really big, enough space for lots of goodies to fit inside.

Cons: I received the case and it didn't come with any screws as the pictures show, I called newegg and they told me to contact the vendor. The number for the vendor goes directly to a voicemail and your left with no hope of a call to be returned. I must have called 10 plus times, and left countless messages over a period of two weeks, and I never heard back from them. Newegg was nice enough to give me a 5 dollar consolation prize. Yeah I know it's only screws, but the total lack of customer service on the part of nMediaPC left a sour taste. Ohh, and of course the DVD door, had to mess around with it in order for the bluray drive to open the tray.

Overall Review: The product itself is great, but I didn't get what was described. If I had to do it over again, I would spend some more bucks more for a silverstone case.

Great GPU!

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 04G-P4-2982-KR 4GB SC GAMING, Silent Cooling Graphics Card
EVGA GeForce GTX 980 04G-P4-2982-KR 4GB SC GAMING, Silent Cooling Graphics Card

Pros: -Super Power Efficient (165 TDP!!!) -Quiet at Idle Quiet at Load -Powerful

Cons: -Compared to 970 a bit overpriced -

Overall Review: I have been running a MSI GTX 670 OC for almost a year in my Alienware x51 with no problems, but that card was the strongest card I could run due to my psu. When I heard the new Nvidia Cards where going to be low powered I was estatic, so glad that this card is running great in my system, and is twice as fast as my 670.

Pros: They work! My reading comprehension sucks, because I wasn't expecting 2 of them!

Cons: So far none.

Overall Review: I wanted to be able to use my 64gb flash drive to hold movies for my 2013 Nexus 7. This product solved my problem once I purchased Nexus Media Manager. Now I can keep the memory for my nexus 7 for other stuff.

This thing is awesome

MSI GeForce GTX 670 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card N670GTX-PM2D2GD5/OC
MSI GeForce GTX 670 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card N670GTX-PM2D2GD5/OC

Pros: Fast card, can max out most games, except the big boys like Crysis 3 and Battlefield 4, but even those look great at high settings. Came with free games!

Cons: Can get loud! I installed this in my Alienware x51, and since it is a slim case I did expect to have to ramp up the fan speed, but at 60% fan speed this thing sounds like a jet, lol! Also I had to modify the fan profile in MSI Afterburner, since the stock profile let the card reach up to 100c!

Overall Review: Overall this thing was the upgrade I was hoping for my 1080p 60fps console killer, the Alienware x51. I have this hooked up to my tv and this card lets me enjouy maxed out games, provided I turn up my sound system to drown out the fans.

Easy, No Hassle, No Problems

SanDisk Ultra 2.5" 120GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SDSSDH-120G-G25
SanDisk Ultra 2.5" 120GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SDSSDH-120G-G25

Pros: Very Cheap Very Fast Reliable so far Did I mention Very fast! 7.8 windows score

Cons: Sata II - Depends on if you consider this a con or not.

Overall Review: Using as a boot drive my alienware m14x, didn't care too much about Sata III speeds since I read all about the stability problems some people were having. This drive although Sata II, has so far been reliable and awesome. You can definitely feel the speed difference coming from a hdd.
