Pros: I installed this motherboard last night into a Cooler Master Storm Enforcer case (did it mostly for airflow) paired it up with a Xeon E3-1231, 16gb of kingston hyperx fury 1866 ram, and an EVGA GTX 970 Reference card...also a Samsung SM951 M.2 500 gb ssd. install was smooth, Bios offers a literal ton of options, looks great under red fans too.
Cons: non yet
Other Thoughts: If using the included soundcard, make sure you install it before placing into case as getting to the mounting screws is impossible. the padded EMI IO sheild is annoying to work with but it works. and make sure you have a proper nut driver for the wifi antannae ports on the IO shield, very difficult to mount when installed.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: as previous reviewer stated, this is an incredibly fast SSD. Installed Windows 8.1 pro in just under 8 minutes (probably due to how slow my thumbrive is).
Cons: OEM drive so Samsung Magician will see it, but will not recognize it as a managable drive, so I had to manually optimize the OS to support it proper (although Windows 8.1 did set the TRIM support upon install).
Other Thoughts: I wish I knew about the lack of magician support, but is a small tradeoff for the properly advertised read/write speeds. I got roughly 2.2 GBs per second read and 1.6 GBs per second write (yes, that is in Gigabytes).READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: installed 16gb corsair vengeance ram (1600 mhz), samsung m.2 ssd and a 2tb spinpoint hard drive (for dvr storage). It has been running great, in fact i got it to run Titanfall -on low of course- but definately playable (won a few rounds too). it workes great as a media center DVR, and plays all hd video ive thrown at it beautifully. Intel's broadwell platform really shines.
Cons: absolutely noneREAD FULL REVIEW
