Easy Does It

Logitech HD Portable 1080p Webcam C615 with Autofocus (960-000733)
Logitech HD Portable 1080p Webcam C615 with Autofocus (960-000733)

Pros: Nice design; small and robust. Fits nicely on my monitor, and because of the way it folds it can be transported easily. Very simple to set up. Just download the software from Logitech's web site then click the set up file. From there the software does its thing with minimal user intervention. Price. For the quality of this unit and the extra USB cable extension you get with this package it is very well priced in my opinion.

Cons: Length of the cables are a little short, but with the extra USB cable most people should have plenty of length to work with. While Windows does recognize the camera once it's plugged into the computer, you still have to download the software from Logitech's web site because it does not come with any CD or DVD ROM. For most this won't be a con, but if you have a slow or no Internet connection then this would be a hassle..

Overall Review: From the time I pulled this camera out of the package I had it set up and on Skype in ten minutes. It's a very simple peripheral to set up and use, and the image quality is very good for a $70.00 web camera. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, and as soon as I plugged the camera in it was recognized almost immediately by my computer. I also don't have any problems or incompatibilities using the software with this version of Windows. Overall this is a fine package for the money, and I can recommend this web cam with confidence. Thanks NewEgg for another great buy, and fast as usual shipping.

Most Critical Review

It Was Good While It Lasted

NETGEAR DOCSIS 3.1 Gigabit Cable Modem. Max download speeds of 6.0 Gbps, For XFINITY by Comcast, Spectrum, and Cox. Compatible with Gig-Speed from Xfinity (CM1000)
NETGEAR DOCSIS 3.1 Gigabit Cable Modem. Max download speeds of 6.0 Gbps, For XFINITY by Comcast, Spectrum, and Cox. Compatible with Gig-Speed from Xfinity (CM1000)

Pros: Seemed like a very fast modem that was easy to set up.

Cons: Maybe a month or two after the one year warranty expired the modem died. The power light would come on and that was it. Called Netgear tech support and they told me that it was out of warranty and there was nothing else the could do.

Overall Review: I bought this modem with a higher end router with the hope that both items would last a long time, and provide excellent connectivity to the Internet. When the Netgear CM1000 modem did work, all my devices received a reliable and fast connection out to the Internet. I hate to give anything a negative rating, but this is considered a higher end modem that should last way past the warranty period. For this modem to last only 14 months, at this price is simply unacceptable. And based on the Netgear support I received, apparently this is okay. Sorry to say, Netgear, but it isn't.

Seems OK So Far

SanDisk 256GB Extreme Pro USB 3.2 Gen 1 Solid State Flash Drive, Speed Up to 420MB/s (SDCZ880-256G-G46)
SanDisk 256GB Extreme Pro USB 3.2 Gen 1 Solid State Flash Drive, Speed Up to 420MB/s (SDCZ880-256G-G46)

Pros: Really fast data transfer A lot of disk space for the money spent Encryption software Haven't lost any data so far

Cons: Drive gets pretty hot Can't open contents of drive in File Explorer. You have to use the software on the drive. Encryption is only AES 128 and not AES 256. There was an option to upgrade but it is no longer available.

Overall Review: The data transfers with this drive are pretty fast, even with the encryption software. But sometimes I play with the idea of completely formatting the drive and running BitLocker on it with AES256. As far as recommending this flash drive, I'm really on the fence with that. I've read other reviews and quite a few people have had problems with this drive. When it comes to storage devices you definitely want something that's not going to throw your data away. I've had this flash drive for 2 years, but in all honesty I haven't used it that much. But now I'm in a situation where I'm going to be relying on this drive quite a bit. I guess I'll hope, pray and backup, backup.

Nice Holster Case

Turtleback iPhone SE 5 5s Black Vertical Nylon Pouch Holster Metal Clip Case
Turtleback iPhone SE 5 5s Black Vertical Nylon Pouch Holster Metal Clip Case

Pros: Sturdy case. Seems like it's well built. What I like the most is that it still fits my iPhone in the case even with and OtterBox protector. Also like the fact that it can come off the holster.

Cons: Kind of expensive but if it lasts a few years it's well worth it. Also have to turn the phone upside down to remove it from the clip. Not really a con but more of a heads up to other buyers.

Overall Review: I bought this case because I kept breaking the Fellowes cases that I bought at the clip all the time. This one doesn't seem like it will have that problem. I recommend this case to anyone who wants a case that isn't necessarily pretty, but wants one that's sturdy and will also fit an iPhone even with another protective case around it. These smart phones aren't cheap and it's worth spending the extra money for good protective gear. I recommend this holster case.

Well Worth the Price

MASSCOOL 8W553B1M3 90mm Ball CPU Cooler
MASSCOOL 8W553B1M3 90mm Ball CPU Cooler

Pros: Price-Nice fan at a very inexpensive price. No stupid plastic push pins which always seem to break. This fan seems to be well constructed and pretty sturdy. Comes with thermal paste but not very much, so make sure you get it right on the first shot.

Cons: Because of the back plate for the fan you have to take out the motherboard to install this unit. Not really a con but just a note.

Overall Review: I bought this fan to replace the original fan that came with my processor. When I tried to re-install it the stupid plastic push pins broke and I needed a new fan. There were plenty other fans with plastic, but since I no longer wanted any part of that I bought this fan with screws and the back plate. Once you have your motherboard out of your case there are no issues installing this fan. I noticed a few people said this fan is noisy but for me it isn't too loud. This is well worth the money and if you're looking to replace something that broke then I would highly recommend this fan.

A Wonderful Inexpensive Upgrade In Performance

Kingston SSDNow V200 Series SV200S3D/256G 2.5" 256GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (Desktop upgrade kit)
Kingston SSDNow V200 Series SV200S3D/256G 2.5" 256GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (Desktop upgrade kit)

Pros: Speed - Very fast compared to a platter drive. Package contents - Everything is included in this package, ie: cables, mounting brackets, software. Nothing else is needed. Warranty - Three year warranty is better than most drives. Price - Decent for everything you get with this package.

Cons: There really isn't any cons that I can think of except the last time I checked this item was out of stock. Also, the price went down from what I paid for it, but I still got a great deal with all things considered.

Overall Review: I bought this drive and installed it as my main boot device in my rig, which was rather easy. To this point, I haven’t used the software so I can't honestly say if it's good or not. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 on this drive, and formatted and partitioned the drive during the OS installation without any hitches. So far, the performance is blowing me away. The time it takes for my rig to boot up has been more than cut in half, and applications launch and run so much more quickly. I've been working with PCs for more than 15 years, and have performed every hardware/software upgrade imaginable. I must honestly say that moving to an SSD drive from a platter drive is the one upgrade that has given me the most pay back performance wise. Because of the value and performance I would recommend with confidence purchasing this kit to anyone. Then install your OS on this drive and use a larger, less expensive platter drive for your data. ie: movies, music, etc.
