Pros: Installed easy using Realtec native Linux drivers. This card is giving me a solid 71% signal though three rooms and a floor. The card it replaced was giving about a 30% signal, and would drop to 15% at times.
Cons: None found
Other Thoughts: Speed test results from the this card verses the old card.

Pros: Worked good for about a year.
Cons: Not getting a steady signal at all now Up until about a month ago, The signal strength was about 90% never falling below 80%.
Now it drops to 15% and stays at about 30% most of the time.
Nothing has been changed the location of the router, and this computer is the same.
The laptop that we have is getting good signals no mater where it it located in the house, so it's not the router.
