EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW DT GAMING ACX 3.0, 8GB GDDR5, RGB LED, 10CM FAN, 10 Power Phases, DX12, 08G-P4-6274-KR
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Plenty of overclocking potential
Fan only goes up to 16% speed under full load
Fan does not turn on if you aren't gaming
Great price for an aftermarket cooler
60C under full load

Cons: List the power connection as 8 pin. Actually 8+8 pin.

Other Thoughts: Essentially it is a very cheap 1070 with a very good cooler. With light to medium use, it's passively cooled.

5 out of 5 eggs Would strongly recommend coolermaster 08/17/2016

This review is from: Cooler Master GX - 750W Power Supply with 80 PLUS Bronze Certification

Pros: This review is for the older model that I bought, that this one replaced.
After my first 600W power supply died, cooler master gave me a 720W modular power supply to replace it and a new warranty for 3 years.

Cons: Died in under a year of use.

Other Thoughts: Coolermaster has good quality power supplies and good customer support. My new power supply has been fine for the past 3 years, and I have never had problems with their other supplies. I would definitely recommend them.

Vantec NexStar TX 2.5

  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: It does what it is supposed to, and hasn't died in the 3 years I've had it.

Cons: Have to plug in both usb connections to make it work even if they are high power draw usb ports.
