Does its job well enough
Pros: I'm able to run most my games with maxed out settings (e.g. Crysis 2, Arma II/DayZ, Mass Effect 3). Drivers haven't caused me any issues so far
Cons: Doesn't communicate well with Photoshop. First few times I started a new project in photoshop the GPU crashed within seconds. easy fix though*
Overall Review: *The photoshop issue was an easy fix. Under performance, change the OpenGL settings from Advanced to Normal. I guess the Advanced setting just overload the GPU. If that doesn't work you can just disable OpenGL, but then the GPU is kinda worthless for photoshop.
Problems with wireless connectivity
Pros: The headset looks great, sounds great, and felt pretty comfortable to me (average size head). the rolling volume adjustment was a pretty nice feature
Cons: headset stopped pairing to the usb adapter after the first day of use. It would pair for ten seconds then lose the connection. I tried manually pairing it but that didn't do the trick either. Getting ready to send it back to Corsair for RMA.
Overall Review: After this experience I wish I would have just gone with the Vengeance 1500 wired headset. Same headset without the wireless capability. Wireless is great but doesn't seem to be worth the hassle
Great TV
Pros: Great TV. This TV has excellent picture quality and great features. It is a 120hz tv that you can switch 70hz if the need arises. Not all tvs have that ability. Samsung's smart hub has most of the major apps (Netflix, Hulu, HBO go, etc.) The only one it doesn't have that I want is Showtime.
Cons: only 2 complaints about the tv: the sounds when you move through he smart menus. They are slightly annoying but it is a minor complaint. The somewhat glossier screen reflects background light a bit more than my old TV, you might not find it agreeable if you have a window behind you when watching the TV
Overall Review: Definitely a great TV. I bought it when it was on sale for $450 - feel like I got a great deal. So far no remorse
Not so rugged
Pros: average hdd, did it's job..for a while
Cons: I used this external out in the field and it was pretty disappointing. While it has the goofy bright orange bumper to protect it, the usb/firewire/thunderbolt sockets are cheap as hell. It snapped off and now rattles around in the case. The WD passport lasted me twice as long as this piece of junk
inexpensive and quiet
Pros: These fans are pretty quiet, and very cheap.
Cons: didn't come with 4 pin adapters
Overall Review: These aren't your sexy 20 blade LED case fans but they get the job done
