SamSung Tab Pro 12.2

SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 Quad Core 3GB Memory 32GB 12.2" 2560 x 1600 Touchscreen Tablet Android 4.4 (KitKat)
SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 Quad Core 3GB Memory 32GB 12.2" 2560 x 1600 Touchscreen Tablet Android 4.4 (KitKat)

Pros: The product is outstanding and the price, well it was a great price because it was white. There isn't anything bad about the tablet except I cant figure out how to stop some of these notifications in the upper left hand corner. lol

Cons: none really The price was $449. not $649

Overall Review: I wish it came with a cover. but then it wouldn't be making Sam as much money. Samsung has the ownership in quality video right now. I hope they don't get complacent. The TV's are not to be beat. I was worried about the seller. But the problem I was having was with the US post Office not updating the website and tracking info.

Most Critical Review

Not very happy so far

OLYMPUS Stylus SZ-14 Red 14 MP 24X Optical Zoom Digital Camera
OLYMPUS Stylus SZ-14 Red 14 MP 24X Optical Zoom Digital Camera

Pros: The specs on the camera are awesome. You can't beat the pictures from a 14mp camera no matter what the zoom is. I am also a subscriber to Consumer Reports and this is one of their "best buy" or "recommended" cameras. that is why I bought it at all.

Cons: Have had digital cameras since 2002. Right out of the box on Christmas after going thru the settings the camera took the blurriest photo's I've ever seen. Tried sport, looked for the way to speed up the shutter but couldn't find it. I put the manual on my wife's laptop so she could actually read it and play with the camera at the same time. I don't think she is happy with it at all. We wanted a quick point and shoot and a high end SLR, but I don't think this camera is going to be staying with us.

Overall Review: Nice looking camera. I was impressed with the optical zoom and the mega-pixels this camera has, but the actual photos are just terrible. I might call customer support and see if they are patient enough to basically teach me this camera. I bought a 32gb class 10 SDHC and after every photo it will say "busy". I guess for close photo's under 10 to 12 feet I could reduce the number of mega-pixels. That might stop that plus 14mp will make a billboard sized photo. I would look for something else. I have had 3 Kodak cameras and loved them, and I am one picky soul. I will amend this in a few short weeks if anything positive happens.

Onkyo's Rock!

Onkyo TX-NR646 7.2 Network Ch A/V Receiver with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth
Onkyo TX-NR646 7.2 Network Ch A/V Receiver with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

Pros: Well, I have owned this model for almost 2 1/2 years or so and shortly after purchasing the HDMI ports started to fail. So I thought I would see how many would go bad before the warranty expired. Well, a few more did. I called Onkyo as it turned out 3 days after the 2 years was up and the rude woman wouldn't even discuss it. She kept saying "sorry sir, you waited to long". My 709 was repaired free a few months out of warranty and the guy was very nice to deal with. So, there is an easy solution, I'm not buying Onkyo any longer. That is a shame too. I have had multiple Onkyo products in my home since the mid 70's. They were always the wall cracking power and clarity at the same time people wanted. Back in the day when 4 Studio Monitor speakers, so big it took 2 men to carry them, would put out the best quality sound money could buy. Well, I don't like poor service and a company that doesn't behind what it makes. Bye Onkyo! You should have kept the quality HDMI parts.

Cons: N/A

Overall Review: Onkyo has been building electronics since the early 40's, and nobody uses power supplies, transformers or heat-sinks like they do.

OUTSTANDING

Cooler Master HAF X - High Air Flow Full Tower Computer Case with Windowed Side Panel and USB 3.0 Ports
Cooler Master HAF X - High Air Flow Full Tower Computer Case with Windowed Side Panel and USB 3.0 Ports

Pros: Plenty of room. You can almost climb inside. Superior cable management. I haven't seen a graphics card that won't fit. Enough fans to cool down fire. This is by far the best I havre ever purchased, and I have purchased quite a few. I used to build then sell custom towers.

Cons: Price is the only con I can think of. I have had 2 spine surgeries so weight can be an issue, however I managed to move it as I need to.

Overall Review: This is already set up for liquid coolin so you don't have to drill any holes. I like the bottom power supply also. Well thought out and well built. Just knock about $50 off price and there are no cons. I get all kinds of ooohh's and aaah's from people that see this case. I have 2 very high powered video cards, 24 gig of Corsair Dominator Pro ram, 4 hard drives, and 3 Asus burners along with my Rampage III Extreme mobo & a corsair 750 p/s. I added the top fan they leave out for whatever reason. This thing practically creates its own weather patterns. lol I bought it in late 2010 when I built this thing. Still competes with todays store bought trash. Cooler Master make a sweet product here. I just wish I knew they had blue fans when I bought it.

Rockwell multitool

Rockwell RK5100K SoniCrafter 20 Piece Kit
Rockwell RK5100K SoniCrafter 20 Piece Kit

Pros: I have had a cheap one I bought from a company with the initials of HF. I have used the tool countless times. I bought the Rockwell for the name and the accessories that came with it. I didn't pay $75 for it though. I haven't had the Rockwell long at all, but I had a use right off the bat. My new spiral notebook was a half inch too long to fit in my leather notebook. So, I marked off the half inch and put the tooth blade on and it cut it like butter. Straight as can be. I have used these for scraping old paint, sweet, sanding, and I have a pointed, very rough abrasion blade for knocking down what the scraper can't do.

Cons: They are a little heavy for a tool that isn't very large. But that shows how well built they are.

Overall Review: Mine is variable speed also which comes in handy for scraping in fine areas.

pure ecigs

Pure Cigs E-Cigarette Starter Kit, Menthol
Pure Cigs E-Cigarette Starter Kit, Menthol

Pros: Better than a real cig,,,,, IF IT WORKED AS I WAS TOLD.

Cons: I spoke directly to a gentleman at Pure and was told that one cartridge was equal to 15 cigs at 8 drags per cig. Well, I bought a 5 pack replacement cartridges and the first one didn't last at all. I smoke ultra lights with a disposable filter that catches most of the tar and nicotine. So I don't smoke much at all. The filters after just 4 cigs are nasty looking. They really do the job. You get 30 for $2.29 and get 5 to 7 cigs per. Compared to the Pure cigs they are far, far, better for the money. But the amount of money the replacement cartridges are plus shipping, the Pure cigs just do not justify the costs for the performance. I am really sorry I bought any of it. I will try other brands, but I think I will buy what I can touch before purchase. For some reason my last review wasn't posted. I hope this one is.

Overall Review: If you just want to try one to see how they work, just go to your local smoke shop or liquor store and pick one up there to try, then you can come to Newegg and buy what you want. As we all know, Newegg Rocks.....
