This review is from: Seagate 1TB Expansion Portable External Hard Drive USB 3.0 Model STBX1000101 Black
Pros: Great drive, fast with USB 3.0.
Other Thoughts: I am writing this review because I noticed some reviewers had issues with the drive being shown "active" in device manager but not showing in My Computer" What you need to do in that circumstance is go into Disk Manager and assign the drive a letter. Normally when this happens the drive is using a letter that is already in use by another device and thus will not show up in my computer until the drive letter is changed. That is not just this drive either, thumb drives, internal HDDS, and externals can all have this issue.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: CORSAIR Hydro Series H55 Quiet Edition Water / Liquid CPU Cooler 120mm
Pros: Relatively cool temps for my Phenom II x4 965, overclocked from 3.6 to 4.1ghz. Pretty simple install. Has not leaked and killed all of my stuff yet though I see it came with a warranty that supposedly also covers damages in that situation but I hope I do not have to use it and who knows how well Corsair support is. I have been idling with my overclocking at around 28-38 celsius, under load around 40-45 celsius so good temps. I expected it to be much lower but this is my first liquid cooling setup. I also had stock AMD heatsink and fan before so major upgrade here.
Cons: I do not like how it recommends the radiator fan be intake as a rear fan is supposed to blow out, but I do have two top fans as outakes so it is not that big of a deal. I suppose it creates more airflow to the outakes. I was considering installing the fan on the inside of the radiator and the radiator directly to the back of the case with the fan blowing out from the case through the radiator but I figured that would make it petty hot considering my RAM and both video cards are overclocked well past their stock speeds and it gets pretty hot in there.
Other Thoughts: None at this time.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill ARMOR-EVO - Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case - Supports Up to E-ATX MBs - Six (6) Pre-Installed Fans: 2 x Front Red LED 120mm, 2 x Top 120mm, 1 x Side 230mm, 1 x Rear 120mm (Supports Up to 9)
Pros: Lots of space, lots of fans, mesh design, easy cable management.
Cons: This is my fault for buying a cheap SSD mount but the way the SSD mount I have is and the HDD bays I had to mount the SSD in the floppy bay area, though this is not a big deal. Actually helpful as I have so many HDDs that I need a separate sata power lead from my modular PSU for the SSD and my DVD drive thus haveing them closer together saved space.
Other Thoughts: I upgraded this from the original Rosewill Armor. This is a much better product. My favorite two things about this case are the space and the fan support, this is the first case I have seen with two front ans, then two optional fan areas behind the HDD bay. Also, I have been using Rosewill cases since 2007, have to say Newegg's in house brand makes good stuff.READ FULL REVIEW
