ASUS VG248QE 24" Full HD 1920 x 1080 1ms (GTG) 144Hz DVI-D HDMI DisplayPort Built-in Speakers Asus Eye Care with Ultra Low-Blue Light & Flicker-Free Backlit LED NVIDIA 3D Gaming Monitor

Pros: 144Hz display is phenomenal! 1 ms refresh rate is the fastest i have seen yet. truly a great quality monitor and a perfect price. built in timer and FPS recticle works like a charm. beautiful color makes quite an impact on both 2D and 3D gaming

Cons: A little bit hard to carry not that it matters too much at all. When you carry the monitor by the base the neck likes to extend and hit you in the face so be careful!

Overall Review: truly the best most affordable monitor i could find online!

I Love This Mouse!!

CM Storm Recon - Ambidextrous 4000 DPI Gaming Mouse with Multicolor LEDs for Left and Right Handed Users
CM Storm Recon - Ambidextrous 4000 DPI Gaming Mouse with Multicolor LEDs for Left and Right Handed Users

Pros: The customization of this mouse is perfect. the ability of all the different button configurations you can do with the software is just what I was looking for. Despite complaints on the software from other reviews I found the recon software to be very user friendly for someone who wants to do basic customization but also ready for those who want to get into very specific functions with the mouse. It looks good, it is comfortable, good side button location, in depth color customization, and great dpi adjustment with convenient up and down middle keys for in game mouse sensitivity adjustment (really convenient for changing from automatic weapons to deep zoomed sniper rifles in FPS games). If I could I would give this mouse 6 eggs for performance, customization, user friendliness, and price without anyone paying me to say so!!

Cons: took me 3 days to get used to the click sensitivity but i was making a transition from a horrible 10$ mouse so really not a con just my personal experience. side buttons can get in the way but are easily disabled if not wanted.

Overall Review: i use this mouse for MMO RPGs and FPS games. Good configs for MMOs are to have the top left side button set to what ever key is used for basic communication with NPcs and objects like the common "F" or "E" keys Bottom left set to space for jumping(most convenient when using a game pad in you left hand instead of a keyboard due to lack of a good position for jump key on most game pads) Top right key set to the inventory button for your game and bottom right i usually set to the world map button or my quest log menu. good FPS configs are to have the side buttons set to keys 1 2 3 and 4 mainly to switch through your weapons considering i have a hard time finding the keys on my board when using wasd and not being able to land on the right weapon using the scroll wheel.
