works as prescribed
Pros: just a little better than my 4670 but draws less power and is not even half the size. It runs cooler than my 4670 by ~5C. Dropped it in, it started in the settings I had for my 4670, loaded the drivers for it not a hitch. playing fallout 3 and fallout new vegas at ultra high and high settings at 1280x1024 on my 19" monitor at 60+ FPS average some dips to 50 FPS in large area large battles.
Cons: so far working as it should will update if any issues show up
Overall Review: hope it works as good an long as my 4670 same manufacture. the 4670 is going into my back up rig. MB Biostart 880G+ CPU Rana 440 ram 8GB Gskill F312800 GBRL HDD 2: WD 320GB AAKS OOD ASUS 22x DVD RW, ASUS 52X CDrom PSU Antec EA 650 Case Antec 300 Illusion
junk
Pros: if it worked it would be nice
Cons: well I could not get this thing work, no matter which of my rigs I hooked it up to it would not read the HDD or even see it. but I know the HDD works
Overall Review: I am not sure why it didnt work but for some reason the 2.5 hdd would not even show up in my bios. I know the ide cables and stuff were good because they were being used with other optical drivers.
it is ram
Pros: it works to spec.
Cons: not cheaper and didn't install itself
Overall Review: it is working well with my Ryzen 3600
just loving it
Pros: have yet to even push this thing even with New Titles like Mechwarrios 5 Mercinaries it is doing everything I ask of it so far
Cons: it runs a bit hotter than I am used to from other AMD CPUS. the Thermal paste that comes with the Wraith heatsink is garbage and I was having huge temp problems till I changed the Thermal past to Arctic silver 5 and dropped the temps well over 10C on the low end and have not reached Thermal shutdown since.
Overall Review: the CPU is great paired with an ASUS Tuf X570 wifi 32gb flare 3200 ram rx 580 Gpu 1080P gaming
plenty of power
Pros: Modular lots of connections for the extended cpu power needs and big graphics cards. is Antec quality and great warrenty
Cons: it is a heavy PSU
Overall Review: I am an Antec quality fanboy have had great history with Antec PSUs the past 20+ year only 1 failure due to a lightning strike and Antec replaced even with that.
Doing great
Pros: for my use doing very well with HDMI connection at 1080p and sound. is playing the new Mechwarriors 5 Mercinaries great and other new titles
Cons: it is a bit large and a bit warm but have not busted 70c even under heavy gaming and a bit heavy you might want to support it on some builds
Overall Review: it is great for the price
nice chair for the price
got this on a sale, so it was nice price. So far it is working well. I read other reviews and actually expected it to be smaller. but it fits my large frame pretty well. the seat back only goes up to shoulders, so I am guessing that is what they were talking about. will see how long this one last.
