Pros: Can't think of any.
Cons: It's underneath a graphics card so the first thing Intel wants you to do, of course, is re-seat the card. At first there were yellow exclamation points on the device manager but I got those to go away. Still won't connect to anything.
Other Thoughts: The thousands of reviews reflecting a 5 egg standing are for the marketplace seller. NOT this item.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: 8GB (4X2GB) DDR2 PC2-5300 Desktop RAM Memory for Dell XPS 420
Pros: It's ddr2 but it can still be had. It brought new life to an old D#!! XPS 410.
Other Thoughts: The very expensive '07 XPS had a limit of 4Gbs under Vista. Upgraded to quad core, Win 7, and a new graphics card. With this 8Gbs it's running like a champ.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Good brand, good price, e-mail coupon...
Cons: Had to juggle the bios around a bit for stability but I believe that was because of the older motherboard, not the RAM.
Other Thoughts: Mixed this with 2x2GB Kingston and running stable at 1600 MHz, 9-9-9-24. Not sure why my other review didn't post. Kept it short and sweet but don't see it anywhere,.....it'll probably show up after I post this one.READ FULL REVIEW
