Question 1

Are the rails included expandable up to a depth of regular 27" servers?  Please let me know if the rails only go to 20" or 22" depth?  Thank you for your help.

Received the CyberPower OR1500LCDRTXL2U today.  Upon inspecting and measuring the rails, I can confirm that the rails are safely and easily adjustable to any depth from 17" to 31".  The rails are not flimsy.  I don't know metal guages but holding them, they feel like 3 or 4 lbs.  I'm excited to get this into the rack.  Will report back if I experience any difficulties.

How do you rotate the LCD view of this for when it's in a vertical position?

You need some kind of leverage on both sides of the LCD block.  Its honestly the only complaint I have with this thing.  I used a strong thin flathead screwdriver and a blade to slowly wiggle it out.  Take your time with it.  Its a tight fit for the block so it has to come out evenly.  Once you get it out you just put it back in in the direction you want it to go.
