Pros: I guess I've never reviewed but my son has had this PC for over 2 years and still works perfectly, runs fast, does everything he wants to do for gaming. Never, ever had to service. He just now wants to do updates and they're very easy to do with this PC. He's installed more fans, and will now get a new graphics card and power supply and eventually an updated mother board
Cons: There's nothing i don't like about this product
Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who games. I also love new egg as i've ordered from them for my lab at work
Pros: Really fast and stuff like that. Good for games. I have been using this for a few months and so far ... it's great. Whoop! Good price, fast 'puter. It's really stable. It looks good. It plays good. It is friendly.
Cons: no wifi card :( but I'm gonna buy one.

Pros: On the occasion that it worked it performed decently.
Cons: I would not recommend this PC, or CyberPowerPC in general, to anyone. Not long after receiving the PC the case fan stopped working. Not a big deal, CyberPower provided a replacement fan (though they took their time with the RMA). A few months later, I start experiencing display driver issues. I try installing a new driver, which didn't help. Tech support told me to reinstall the old driver, which worked for a few weeks before the same issues persisted. Display driver crashes, the entire display locking up during games, even worse crashes that would require a hard reset. I get in touch with CyberPower about it again, they offer a replacement video card. They received the video card on June 22nd, and I didn't hear anything back from them. It is now June 30th, and the only reason I have any knowledge of my RMA's status (despite their absurd 3-5 day processing time) is that I called them.
Considering the shoddy part needing replacement in the first place, the ridiculous amount of time I have had to wait just to have a new one put in the mail, and the poor excuse for customer service CyberPower has provided, I would recommend that any potential buyer look elsewhere and save themselves a lot of time and frustration.

Unfortunanly, due to the nature of electornics brand new parts can fry or fail just as unpredictably as old parts; it is impossible to tell upon installation if a video card will last 5 years or 5 days, this is the main reason that we provide warranty coverage/Issue RMA's. If at anytime you wish to check the status of your RMA and don't wish to speak over the phone to a technition then you can always email Tech@CyberPowerPC.com with your customer information, more often than not we can get a response to you within the same day. As for the turnaround time for your replacement RMA; it takes 2-3 days to process the original part upon it's reciept, and around 3-5 days for the new part to reach you depending on your location, of course we cannot control the time it takes to ship and can only estimate based on averages.

Pros: arrived quickly
booted right up
seems fast enough for her to use
Cons: cpu cooler was not mounted correctly uppon arrival. was hell to trouble shoot over the phone with her. but in the end i figured out what was wrong when it kept randomly shutting down.
there was 0 packing material inside the PC i figured this was standard.
Overall Review: after fixing the cpu heatsink and running some stress and performance tests it was thermal throttleing 14% running aida64 hitting a whopping 100 degrees cel. when not stress testing and just playing games this was a non issue. if it were mine id upgrade the cpu cooler. but since its not and will only see light usage it works great for what she needs it for! bottom line, shes happy!
