Like new condition. Fast and lightweight. Battery decent. Could have forgone buying a desktop as this supports multiple displays (may need adapters or best, a docking station). Totally quiet. Touchscreen works fine, though more delicate than a tablet, so no kiddos or cats!

The laptop was shipped very securely, with protective package beginning with the screen and at every outward step, including it's own box, separate from the power supply brick. Then the protective packaging continued, with the boxed laptop then secured in the shipping box. Very professionally packaged. The laptop showed almost no signs of prior use cosmetically. I could only find one very slight deviation, that was noticeable only by feel at the edge of the keyboard face. This would have passed for brand new, otherwise. The screen was perfect. Setup was a breeze. There were a couple of additional updates from Microsoft, for the operating system. The battery charged fully and has proven to be healthy as I have used it. The laptop was equipped as-advertised exactly. I had owned a previous processor level version of the same laptop, however that processor was not compatible with a Windows 11 upgrade, which is the reason I bought a refurbished laptop that was 3 generations newer for the i7 chip. The refurbished unit even doubled the memory size from my old laptop. This has been.a very satisfactory experience overall, and I see no downside. I give it a 10, and would recommend a refurbished laptop from Newegg to others.

Super bright screen. It Handles every game Ive thrown at it on high to ultra settings, and with DLSS and Frame Gen turned on, its even smoother. The RGB keyboard and back lights looks so awesome kind of like sports car tail lights. Fans keep it cool Ive never seen it get to 70°C.

+ Pretty good build quality, especially for MSI + Great thermals - never exceeds 80C with most of its time spent in the low 70s + 13700hx is a fast processor, basically a 12900 + 4070 is very capable for 1440p gaming at ultra/max settings - the difference between a 4060 and 4070 is not marginal, as many reviewers like to claim - 8GB VRAM is rather unfortunate though + CPU and GPU both have unlocked overclocking options + MSI BIOS is nice in general + Best pro of all: Can be had for $1100 after rebate when on sale

There is an issue with the Newegg listing: it says the screen is FHD+, but it actually is QHD+ with a 240 Hz refresh rate, which is good overall. However, you need to upgrade the RAM from 2×8 GB to 2×16 GB or higher, and add one more SSD (there is only one extra slot available for an additional SSD).

16 gig memory, can't beat this laptop for the price. So much faster than my old one. Also, no junk software preinstalled that you have delete, or are stuck with. My touchpad stopped working, and I had to email customer service, they replied later that night, and told me to hit f9 or function + f9, and I did, and it started working again ! So, no complaints there either. !!

In July of 2024, I received my T152A laptop from Auusda. It was a better laptop than I expected at the price. At the end of January 2025, I wanted to put it back to factory to give the laptop to a relative. After reloading Windows from the Microsoft image file and installing the Auusda drivers for the model downloaded from the Auusda site, I had no audio. There were 2 devices that didn't have drivers. I contacted Auusda and they were able to diagnose the problem and provide me with the correct drivers within a period of 2 weeks. I would definitely buy from this company again.
