Easy setup, easy load on the server. The server interface was easy to setup and provides good information on the status of the UPS. No problems encountered

Great price, Doesnt hold charge for more than 10 minutes but thats more than enough time to have software shut system down.
Pros: * form factor allows under table mounting of UPS with great access to outlets and on/off switch * the CPS USB controls available via USB interface works with many devices out of the box without additional software * wide variety of Windows/MacOS/Linux hosts supported, most commercial NAS devices (QNAP, Synology), even a Raspberry Pi 3 or 4!
Using multiple open source platforms to write code for my college courses. Easy to configure using command lines.
This UPS replaced an APC Smart UPS 750 RM 2U - also a rackmount unit. The SRT1000RMXLA adds a super-functional display, power-conditioning capabilities in addition to larger battery capacity/improved runtime.
SOlid Effective UPS - Running at offsite location with minimal maintenance. Has saved our equipment countless times due to power outages
Good capacity - Had this UPS running for 30 min on medium load and an additional 5 hrs powering my modem, switch and routers during a 6 hr power outage.
excellent switchover from power outage and is relatively long lasting, depending on level of draw from equipment supported. Very satisfied with functionality
Easy setup, looks good & does a good job.
Simple with plenty of outlets and nice form factor
I don't expect a refurbished UPS to come with what some are calling an APC battery. If you buy a brand new APC UPS, remove the battery to see its APC sticker, you can peel that sticker off to see the battery mfr. label. I'm sure APC uses batteries from good sources, and CoastTec can also buy their batteries from good sources, maybe the same used by APC. The APC sticker on a battery is nothing magic. I'm guessing the warranty void sticker on the battery cover protects CoastTec from a potential user swapping batteries, keeping the fresh one, and returning their old one to CoastTec.
I've been running the CPS1500AVR for 4 years now. I've never had an issue. Ran my SETI@home farm fine for 2 years consisting of eight lower power systems. Now I use it to power my double duce Opteron gaming system and NEC FE2111sb monitor. I've even connected my cordless phone. With the somewhat frequent power outages, she's never missed a lick.
