Work as they should

very good quality. not one coaster yet.

Never had a problem with these. Using the 25GB because the 50s are still non-linearly more expensive

Needed to record over and over my Cable TV sports games on DVD player/recorder.

These discs work extremely well for data storage and backups. I have been using these for over 2 years. I have not had any problems with data loss. There has never been a problem with "coasters" (i.e. bad burns).

- Great for making immortal OS install discs, or storing smaller files.

25GB BD-R media is the most cost-effective storage available thanks in part to these discs. Cost per gigabyte easily beats every 3TB hard drive on the market right now (even the cheap slow models). After burning through over 130 of them, I have yet to run into any quality issues. Despite being rated for 6X, they burn at 8X consistently in my LG BD-R burner and never fail post-burning verification. These are preferable over the "white inkjet printable" discs which are horrible to write on with a permanent marker.

high capacity without compatibility issues

Hub printable, rated 6 by, will burn perfect at 8 by and will work on 3 different brands set-top players.
