If you are having a problem with these discs, it' your own *lovely* fault. This is my 2nd spindle, backing up music, games, not a single coaster. I'm on my 57th disc burning with an LG Blu-Ray burner and haven't had any problems. Verbatim, everything they produce, is gold. I remember buying their 3.5" FDs...still have them and I'm sure they would still read if I still had a 3.5" FDD. Bland CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray, it's Verbatim for me all the way. Never had a coaster from them. Maybe I just know what the hell I'm doing. I don't need blank media like I did "back in the day", but when I do, Verbatim is the only brand I'll use. Had to edit my review to keep from offending you bunch of....

A very reliable manufacturer and media. Have burned for decades and not one coaster. If you do, check your burner for errors. Run your drive through a series of tests, just to be sure it is running to full capacity.

Solid, solid, solid. out of 13 spindles (that's 650 discs for you math gurus), I've had 2 coasters. EVER. That's a 99.7% success rate - unheard of, aside from Mitsui gold CDR's of the olden days. These are the best around, so don't waste your time trying and buying others.

I use these for "burn once" iso-testing and Verbatim is always top-notch! The same is true of DVD-R and DVD+R, they're just always dependable.
