Performance and price
Price Performance Looks
Runs my games at better frame rates and the graphics are better.
I'm not an experienced gamer... mostly just Blizzard games but WOW this thing is giving me max frame rates (144Hz monitor) with Diablo III and Starcraft II.
-Runs Super Cool. I could have this thing maxed out and it runs at like, 55 c. -Fast. Runs very fast for the price. Think the performance of a 7700xt for less -future proof. It has plenty of Vram -Uses normal power cables, so it wont melt (cough cough Nvidia) -nearly msrp -Its AMD. This may be personal preference, but I just really like AMD's software.
-Very similar in raw performance to the Pulse XTX -RT Performance is even more impressive than I expected -FSR4 is legendary compared to 3 -Visually stunning card -Very adequate cooling -Underclocks well and then boosts insanely high
beats a 5060ti, standard set-up, AMD drivers are a breeze and convenient.
Good cooling. Quiet.
* FAST, Good Results! * GOOD Ray Tracing for AMD (FINALLY) * Quiet even under load * COOL even under load * SMALL-ish form factor (as seen in the pix...I couldn't go with a 3-fan setup, PLUS, what a waste of space) * MAX power I have seen this pull from my mobo is 183 Watts *Nice little RGB light with switch (pictured)
After struggling with RX 570 4GB this feels like a blessing after a long darkness
Previously had a 6700xt, upgraded to this 9070 for $599. An absolute massive boost in performance. I use an amd 5600 cpu with it and am not bottlenecked at 1440p -- so long as i close out my browser and other applications aside from the game. I can play all games at native 1440p with no less than 90 fps. I usually get to 110-140 fps at ultra settings, no frame generation, raytracing off. Very happy with the price to performance ratio. You dont need a 9070xt to have a quality 1440p experience!! While the 5600 cpu will not bottleneck this gpu at 1440p, its very close.
Raw performance is decent but the nvidia frame gen and dlss is what amplifies it 1440p monster Sleek card design A lesser generation uplift than previous generations but its still the best 70s card to date
Cheaper 5070ti model. Handles 1440p perfectly.
I went from a 3090Ti that made a lot of noise and actually made my office hot. It worked but used lots of power. To gauge the true power of this card I would need a faster display but despite that it still outperformed the 3090Ti by over 25% without frame regen. Stable card and unlike my 3090 is doesn't crash. Fast, stable and reliable pretty much sums it up
Price AV1 encoding 12GB useful for LLMs, games Driver Updates getting better now
good gpu works great great fps
runs games well small footprint Linux friendly
> It's fast > Undervolts well, lower power consumption > Ray tracing is cooler than I expected
