No maintenance if you incorporate Thermal Grizzly Kryosheet, standard fans for inexpensive replacement. 78C peak max load temperature on a 7800X3D.
Good cooling power Aesthetically pleasing
I didn't want the added complexity and points-of-failure for an AIO so I took a chance on this air cooler. Works great on a Ryzen 7 9800X3d. And it's perfect in a Fractal Design R5 case which has a large opening in the side of the metal case for the GPU exhaust - none of the glass cases for me, I built a tool, not a work of art with all the glitzy flashing LEDs the kiddies like!
Big cooling Thick fan Quiet operation and effective fan speed op 100% recommended even in the hotter Intel chips.
-Price -Easy to install (AMD 4/5) -Nearly as good as Noctua (1-2 degrees less) -Quiet
Quiet Cool Keeps my i7 9700K around 30 degrees C at idle. Never goes above 45 under load
Comes with thermal paste, has an argb connector, and if you dont have an argb header on your mobo then there is one that comes with it so it can still light up like a Christmas tree
Fit 2U nicely, don't expect it to be cooler than stock one. Comparable to stock cooler on 3900x, avg 49c at room 30c, no load, stock was 40c. Quite happy after failed with other 1u coolers. Noise level is a bit louder than stock.
-Installed on ASUX X570 motherboard with Ryzen 7 5800x. Works well. Idle temp is 38 degrees C, moderate load is 41 degrees C. Running Linux Mint version 22.1 -Installed in a very small ATX case where I needed the head room for the CPU cooler. -No Problem with memory installation, its tight but running two 16G chips and fits perfectly -Works well, highly recommended
Cools surprisingly well for an air cooler.
