The customer service is better than anything Ive had before, Im still in disbelief. I unfortunately cant recall the guys name who helped me, but he was incredible. I had an issue come up with BIOS on my PC that ended up stalling the system and locking me out completely, I couldnt even use the mouse and keyboard, and the pc didnt connect to any monitors. I took it in to a local shop, they diagnosed it and said Id need a completely new GPU/graphics card for it to ever work again, which would cost me between $600-$800 I was still within warranty, so I called the manufacture and the guy I spoke to listened to the issues and told me he could 100% help me. He said it could take a bit of time, so he asked if we could schedule a time to chat. He scheduled for the EXACT same day, about 4 hours later! (Who does that? Most places make you wait weeks! This is awesome!) Once we were on the phone, I realized when checking my own clock that this guy was in office at least 2 hours past closing time. He didnt bring it up at all or complain, and when I apologized for not realizing the time difference, he told me it was no issue, and that he was happy to help me. He then walked me through the repair, which involved taking apart the PC to remove the graphics card, navigating the BIOS software, and reassembling it all. He sent me detailed videos when I wasnt sure I knew what I was looking for, and he stayed on the call even when I was doing something silently for like 5 mins. I cannot say it enough how grateful I am, I have no words. This guy saved me time and a significant amount of money, and he did it when he should have been home and done for the day. (Luckily the whole process for my repair was only about 40 mins) Again, he was incredible! I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful he was. Thank you so much! Im hoping he reads this and knows how grateful I am.

Works good for a great price

-PC was extremely easy to start up. -When I first got the PC, the middle RGB fan wasn't spinning, but they quickly got back to me and sent me a replacement part. -PC itself is fast and great on the looks. Obviously it is tempered glass on the front and sides so you do have to be careful.

The delivery was quick, never received an order so fast, came the very next day!
