Wholesale Connection Return Policy
When you order from Wholesale Connection, we fulfill and ship our own inventory. Any return is sent back to Electronic Express as well. We strive to maintain a return policy that is in line with that of all other major online retailers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us by phone or email:

If you wish to return your product, Electronic Express will issue you a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the return total, unless the reason for the return is a result from an error caused by Wholesale Connection or the product is defective or damaged. If you wish to ship the product back yourself, without a return label, please contact Electronic Express to get your RA number to put with your product. The product must be packaged back in its original packaging and in shippable condition and then affix the shipping label to the product. If it is possible and you choose to have us pick the package up from you, it is your responsibility to be available for the shipper. If you fail to do this, you may pass the time frame necessary to return your product and receive a refund.
o If you aren't 100% satisfied with your TV purchase, you may return any new or like-new Television within 30 days for a refund. All returned items must be in their original box and include all the original packing material, manuals, and accessories.
o Wholesale Connection will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for return shipping. You'll also need to pack the TV in its original box with all original packing material, and accessories. If the TV was shipped via Freight delivery, we will arrange and schedule the pickup
o It is always possible for a TV to be damaged in shipping, so we ask that you inspect the TV before signing, not just the box. Please refuse the delivery and contact us at 1-888-257-7500 if you notice damage to the TV itself. All damage related claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
o All customers who live outside of our local delivery area of Middle Tennessee and North Alabama will receive correspondence regarding the Freight delivery process. We also advise customers to measure before having an Appliance ship to their residence.
o If the customer is confident, we will ship their product. In the event the product does not fit, even after measuring, or are just not happy with their purchase, we ask they are packaged the way they have been received to prevent damage during return shipping.
o To return an Appliance shipped with Freight Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the Appliance, they bring their own packaging materials.
o In the event the Appliance arrives damaged, no return shipping cost will be incurred and an exchange or return will immediately be started
o Wholesale Connection requests that you inspect your Appliance for damage upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours
Computers (laptops & desktops)
o New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from Wholesale Connection that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
o Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
