Pros: GREAT DRIVE ::: I have been looking for 32MB cache drive in 2.5 form !!! AMAZIN speed and quite and FASTEST WRITE SOEED !!!! didnt I jsut say that !!! Got 4 of these as RAID 0 (2 sets of raids 0s) and I am very happy with my laptops amazin write speed. GIVES REAL LIFE to Windows7 x64 and V2 tech and like ....* happy happy* NEWEGG as usual rocks !! delivery was great and price - well its always not cheap when you buy first !!! Overall Review: Most IBM/Lenovo laptop ought to be able to use this as their SECONDARY DRIVE BAY , which if you know how to switch in Bios, you can RUN as THE BOOT drive!!! Windows 7x64 I got 'windows exper. Index = 7.0 !!!** even though am not much fan of looking at these 'numbers/bencharmarks' as in my view its somewhat a "MARKETING fluff!!" its a great indicator of speed of systems in some ways !!!

Pros: None_ But for pple who have head drive "heat issues" > please please check the following:_1) that your laptop is capable of doing 3.0SATA drive access(read and write to this drive at SATAII -3.0GB/s) IF NOT - THE DRIVE MIGHT GET HOT .... as its not working at its 'norminal speeds that its designed to work at!

Cons: price = reasonable , when you see SEAGATE as the ONLY 500GB, 7200RPM mfg . WISH the drive had a bigger write cache space , thus making it a truely HIGH SPEED drive - worthy of "GAMERS DRIVE"

Overall Review: most HPs; ToS, etc are still on 1.5GB access speeds in the internal READ WRITE buss , for laptops. only a few mfgs like SONY , Lenovo , Dell , etc have 'double buss' memeory and 3.0GB read/write access for HD's
