ASUS Eee Pad Transformer (TF101-A1) NVIDIA Tegra 2 1.00GHz 1GB DDR2 Memory 10.1" 1280 x 800 Tablet Android 3.0 (Honeycomb)

Pros: Dual Core Cheapest (and best) android tablet up to 9hrs of battery (16 w/ the dock) nice quality of build Fast (comparatively to the iPad) Expandable Keyboard dock increases the uses of the tablet 5mpx Camera Android!!!!!!!!

Cons: (though many people arnt giving any, there are some) Fingerprint Magnet Bad Speakers (works great with headphones though) Missing certain Android apps (but they're going to be compatable soon!! :) *with keyboard dock: xbox 360 / ps3 controller compatable

Overall Review: i love the faces of people when i show this to them, this is by far, hands down, the best tablet on the market. it was well worth the 1+ month wait. go watch some youtube video reviews on it and you will see that the speed is actually AS FAST as the iPad (what other android tablet can say that?) not only is it super fast, but its cheap, THE CHEAPEST ANDROID TABLET!!!! i absolutely love this thing, and i dont dare go anywhere without it anymore. for an additional $150 you can add a keyboard dock which almost doubles the battery life and has an additional SD card slot and 2 additional USB slots (which can utilize a xbox 360/ps3 controller to play games) i am absolutely happy buying this, i have no regrets, and unless you are an apple dork, neither will you!

its OKAY

Pros: Great for the price Can play pretty much any game out there

Cons: Bad build quality Gets hot REALLY FAST (can overheat in some cases) Frustrating Not really built to be portable

Overall Review: Although this computer is loaded with an i7 and 4gb of DDR3, it really didnt feel as fast, my friend who got the thinkpad edge with an i3 processor actually had a faster time navigating through stuff than i did, which really disappointed me. Being a somewhat hardcore gamer though, i did enjoy the facts that the graphics were really good, i didnt really have to worry about looking on the back of the box to make sure it ran on the laptop, it can run alot of popular games on high quality, though sometimes it would overheat the computer and shut down on me without warning. As a student going into college soon, i know that this would be a bad laptop to take, it really isnt portable and only has about 2 hours on battery life with a 6-cell batter, which really tells you how much power it drains, ive also never been in a situation when this thing wasnt hot, i think i burned some hairs off my thighs. my 4-egg rating is pretty generous, id give it a 3.5 overall.
