Pros: I have an older version of this same UPS, this one has a black background on the screen with blue letters and is much easier to read than the blue black/black letters.

Pros: The drawer action is smooth, the key works fine.

Cons: I took off one egg for the mounting bracket arriving bent 45 degrees. I was able to bend it back with pliers and mount it. The shipping box wasn't damaged and it was well packed internally.
