50GB DL Discs... not bad!

Optical Quantum 50GB 6X BD-R DL 10 Packs Spindle Disc Model OQBDRDL06LT-10
Optical Quantum 50GB 6X BD-R DL 10 Packs Spindle Disc Model OQBDRDL06LT-10

Pros: The discs hold 50GB. The most what current BD players can read (other than PC drives). No coasters yet! LG Black 14X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 5X DVD-RAM 12X BD-ROM 4MB Cache SATA BDXL Blu-ray Burner, Bare Drive, 3D Play Back (WH14NS40) Using: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136250

Cons: The 50GB discs feel slightly thinner than the Memorex 25GB BD-R discs. I prefer them over anything at this moment when it comes to BD-R 25 GB disc needs. These 50GB discs first kept giving me a calibration burn error when starting out the disc burning, but after looking up the issue online, I found that burning at 4x fixed the issue. The 2 discs that gave me a calibraiton error ended up not being coasters. I was still able to use them just fine. So to be on the safe side, you should use 4x write speed instead of 6x.

Overall Review: If the discs were to give me the ability to burn at 6x 100% of the time, I'd considder giving them 5 starts.

Glitches & becomes unusable w/o format

Kingston 64 GB MicroSD Extended Capacity (Micro SDXC) Flash Card
Kingston 64 GB MicroSD Extended Capacity (Micro SDXC) Flash Card

Pros: Lots of space & pretty fast.

Cons: Can have low reliability.

Overall Review: I purchased two of these cards for my wife and I to use in our Samsung Galaxy Note 3 cell phones. The one I have tends to glitch and become unusable without formatting. It worked great for a while and then after disconnecting the phone from the PC after transferring files to the card it glitches and then says the card is "empty or unusable". I plug the card into the PC using a micro usb stick and Windows tells me that I need to format my memory card. So now I lost everything twice. And when I say everything I mean all the pictures I took with it of my newborn (the first time) to his year birthday (the second time it did this to me). My wife's isn't having any issues that I know of but she hardly ever connects it to the PC. Very frustrating.
