Pros: It's a 12.5mm drive, so it won't fit most laptops. However, I used it for an external drive, so it fit into the enclosure I bought, just fine. This makes for a great cheap 1tb external drive. It works, it's small, that's all I need

Cons: No cons for me. But for most people, this drive is too big for their laptops.
