Pros: Great price.

Cons: Even for a refurbished system, the computer arrived very dirty. The mouse in particular was covered in grime. The hard drive was not plugged in and I had to open the case to connect it. After setting up Windows, I discovered that a copy of the previous owner's hard drive, in its entirety, was stored on a separate partition of the hard drive! I can't believe that the individuals in charge of refurbishing the system would be so careless as to leave the other guy's data on the disk. Needless to say, I deleted the files immediately.

Overall Review: If I had known that the computer would arrive in this condition, I would have spent an extra $100 or $200 and bought a new system. Very disappointing.
