went out after a year of use
Pros: - FAST
Cons: - went out after a year unexpectedly - RMA PROCESS IS TERRIBLE
Overall Review: Overall this is a very fast ssd when paired w/ my ryzen 3700x and x570 mb. however the ssd went out and i lost everything on it. parts break, i get it, but Aorus support and warranty dept are by far the WORST DEPT IVE EVER WORKED WITH. spend the extra money and go w/ another company.
Love this board!
Pros: First off let me say i love strix boards in general. This board does have some RGB elements on it but its not overly done like some of the gigabyte and aorus boards ive owned in the past. it has several RGB headers to add more lighting if thats your thing, aura software syncs up with the board and my video card. The bios is very easy to use and has a ton of OC features, it easily got my 8600k to 5ghz. the m.2 slot under the bottom heatsink also provides some nice cooling to an otherwise passively cooled m.2
Cons: - none
Nice stable power supply
Pros: - fully modular and the cables are all black, no ketchup and mustard here! - very stable, no problems even on my 8600k @ 5Ghz w/ a 1070 strix and 3 drives!
Cons: - doesnt fit in my old p300 case, should have double checked first so that was my fault
Overall Review: - this is a pretty long power supply so check your case for fitment before you purchase!
Pros: - Red on top is an anodized aluminum plate that is more of a deeper red than the picture shows. It matched my xpg memory perfectly! - very easy to mount - keeps temps very low and it is very quiet
Cons: - none
Overall Review: - the fan splitter that is included is roughly 6" long and could be a pain to hide but i made due, will not deduct an egg because atleast it comes with one!
