Windows Experience Idex went from 2.8, 3.3 to 4.9, 6.4 (Windows Aero, Gaming Graphics) Packaging was very secure and safe. TONS of penuts and then in OEM box.

Cons: Shipping was a bit long but thats not Neweggs fault, shipped from NJ and sat in Chicago for 2 days. WHY i have no clue. but i still got the item and there wasnt any damage.

Completely sealed in anti static bad with silica gel, NO moisture was getting in this thing during shipping. Shipped out of Memphis TN. and was at my front door within 1 day :), only live 200 miles away.
