Cons: -Customer support has a poorly designed website, if there is an issue expect to write an email. -31 days post arrival hard drive failed.

Overall Review: 31 days post arrival hard drive failed. I am willing to try Toshiba again but kinda sucks I have to reupload everything back on my western digital.
