Pros: Price

Cons: Dead pixels Low brightness

Overall Review: Overall I'm not completely unhappy with the monitor. The picture is good and the price was good. However, it came with just few enough dead pixels not to qualify for neweggs return policy(there are like 6-7 can't really tell exactly). Fortunately, they are off to the side so it's not distracting while gaming, which is what I bought it for. I can't speak to the freesync since I don't have a graphics card capable of pushing the refresh rate high enough at 1440p. The brightness is very low so don't get this if using in a bright room(I game in a room with one window and have not had any problems, but it is significantly dimmer than my other 1440 monitor, enough so that I had to lower my second monitors brightness to about 40%). If I could do it over again I would spend more for a better monitor, but if this is all you can afford it's not completely terrible. TL;DR Good for price. Dead pixels make it a gamble. Not bright at all.
