Pros: Going from 1GB to 2GB on my vintage 2007 Dell E1705 laptop SIGNIFICANTLY increased speed of start-up and shutdown. My Lady is happy now (at least as far as the computer goes!) Chips were properly recognized on start-up, though like all RAM chips you have to be extremely careful to insert them aligned exactly as they should. Chips passed Dell's memory tests (the extensive versions that took an hour or two) with zero errors. No problems at all.

Cons: Product itself had no problems.

Overall Review: Be aware that as you're watching the DHL website to track delivery, when it says "Package Delivered" it may just mean that DHL delivered it to the U.S. Postal Service and not to you the final customer. In my case the one day delay wasn't a problem.
