So I've installed this on SAMSUNG 970 PRO NVMe, after BIOS load I get to Windows in 3 seconds
Pros: - so my first experience with Windows was the 3.1 version, and I used most of them since, this one ranks about 3rd after XP and Windows 7 - they constantly improve this product as it supposed to be the last Windows, and they do listen to the community feedback - works well, very stable, rarely crashes - great improvement over Windows 8 - trouble free install on a SAMSUNG 970 PRO NVMe
Cons: - it supposed to be the last Windows, so what choice do you have? - lots of privacy concerns turn on by default, and other resource intensive processes that are not needed - update process was better on previous versions of Windows, many times it gets stuck at a certain %, then you toggle the screen and you will see that the progress bar moves - suffered from a fuzzy text, when laptop was connected to external display, which eventually got resolved through one of the feature pacts
Overall Review: I went for a retail since Microsoft is not releasing anymore PC based operating systems in the future, it is better to have a hard copy on hand then rely on OEM. Go back to Windows 7 update model allowing us to select updates we want to install, turn off telemetry and all those resource hogging useless processes, and privacy settings on off, then I will give it 5 eggs rating
With all the fake cables around there the fail in a short time, Belkin been around for ages and I trust their cabling products
Pros: - it's Belkin cable which means it is reliable - I got two of those cables for two monitors, and they work great - cable structure and connectors look solid
Cons: - none that I can think of
Overall Review: Stick to reliable companies for your cabling needs like Belkin if you want those components to work in a long haul. I would surely buy it again
Solid looking and a quiet fan
Pros: - my system does not get pushed match, it has a strong supporting cast with liquid cooling, i9 processor, and EVGA Z390 DARK MB so this guy does not work that hard, but even though here and there load increases it is relatively quiet - looks like it is very well made, fits well inside the Corsair Obsidian Series 750D Airflow case, as I swapped the stack 140mm fans with this one - works well, no idea what else to say about a fan
Cons: - none that I can think of
Overall Review: Corsair is my cooling solution with H115i PRO RGB, and those plus 120mm version of the same ones (unfortunately NewEgg did not have them in stack so I had to get them from elsewhere), I'm happy as a bee with this company
Great product, does what it supposed to well
Pros: - I use this for my data, quick access, performs well under load - I cool it with a cooling pad that came with my EVGA Z390 Dark MB - Was easy to install, my MB already had the M.2 stand-off screw - BIOS recognized it immediately
Cons: - Price
Overall Review: Samsung seem to be a leader in this area, and I jumped on the band wagon. So far so good. Hopefully it can last at least 5 years
My OS runs off it, less than 3 second BOOT after the BIOS loads
Pros: - insane speed, load times are practically instant - it got recognized without an issue by the BIOS (EVGA Z390 Dark MB) - it does not take much space - two M2.NVMe cooling pads came with my MB, so I was able to cool it
Cons: - the only thing I can think off is the price
Overall Review: Extremely happy with my purchase. The fast loading times, data operations are just amazing. I think this is a must for any OS
Amazing processor
Pros: - it stays cool 33-34 Celsius when idle, and barely goes over 60 Celsius under load - turbo boosts to 4.8 GhHz and the system is flying - I don't rely on it for graphics since I have NVIDIA RTX 2060 card - 0 complains
Cons: - none, nada, nothing that I can think of
Overall Review: - highly recommend it, would buy it again
