8 YEARS LATER- 0 ISSUES!1/4/2016 2:01:44 PM

Pros: I bought this in April of 2008. I am approaching 8 years of hard use and have had no problems with this unit.

Cons: None

Overall Review: I would buy this again and would certainly recommend this product to others.

It is ok...5/28/2013 9:41:17 AM

Pros: It has been fine. It is a bit slow at times. I do have and use USB3. This could be a driver, chipset, etc issue. But, I have had it on two systems. For a storage drive, I dont expect blazing fast write times. But, there are times, with no apparent reason it is slower.

Cons: None (other than above)

Works Great For Samsung Blue Ray5/28/2013 9:27:28 AM

Pros: I bought this in lieu of buying the propietary dongle from Samsung. It took little effort to setup and I have had no issues streaming videos and using netflix via this dongle.

Cons: none

Overall Review: If you are looking to not pay $80 for a Samsung dongle...get this.

Awesome!5/28/2013 9:23:46 AM

Pros: While I always want the latest and greatest. This processor has kept me happy for 2 years now. I have had no issues. My PC is quick with everything I ask it to do. ( I wish they would beef up my work PC) I run this at 4.0 GHZ using my Asrock OC software. I use fan cooling and heat sink. With work and kids.. I dont have the time anymore to play with manual overclocking. But, I have seen no need to push it any futher.. .... GREAT PROCESSOR!

Cons: None

Stable with no issues. (80G can be used quickly)5/28/2013 9:16:56 AM

Pros: I had no problems installing this as my main OS drive on my PC (system it was installed in is listed below). With Win 7 64 it is a bit too small. I ended up buying a Samsung 830 256GB Sata 3 SSD as my main drive and moving this to a laptop (it is still running well).

Cons: Nothing against the speed etc of this product. But, if you are looking to get a less expensive SSD, do not save on the size. 80GB is a bit small for the setup I had. I did make good use of it for a year. I just ended up wanting to install too many programs/games on it (to the point of maxing it out) My advice is save and go bigger if you can.

Overall Review: My current system: Asrock z68 Extreme 3, Gen 3 - Intel i7-2600K SB 3.4GHZ (w/ Cooler Master Hyper 212 fan) - (2) EVGA 012-P3-2068-KR GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 448 Cores Classified - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) (Ordered another 8 GB today) - Samsung 830 256GB Sata 3 SSD - WD 2tB storage drive - Samsung S27B550V 27” Monitor

Perfect!1/28/2013 2:25:13 PM

Pros: VERY NICE! This went up in seconds. It is made of good materials and works well. I made sure I mounted it to a stud. I would not recommend plastic anchors or toggle bolts.

Cons: None

Overall Review: The hardest things was fishing the cable and electric up an insulated wall. I was able to hide everything behind the 24" TV. Receptacle, cable jack and I velcro'd the small Cable box to the back fo the TV. The project turned out great.

Smaller than I hoped1/28/2013 2:17:24 PM

Pros: I bought this as a Christmas gift for my neice. After the order, my brother informed me he had given me the wrong ring size. It ended up being fine for my much younger daughter, who loved it.

Cons: Being "costume" jewerly and smaller than I thought, it could have been a little less expensive. The ring is fine..it is just not as a big as it looks in the photo.

Overall Review: My advice to all internet jewerly sellers...Use a standard model hand for all ring picutures..taken from the same distance..etc...have a standard.

Great!1/1/2013 12:25:55 PM

Pros: I bought this as a cheap way to give my work provided desktop, dual monitor capability (using DVI). It works without a hiccup. It was quick and easy to install.

Cons: None...except I felt guilty for not sticking with Nvidia as I use on my gaming rigs... Oh well.. price wins when I have to pay for a part for a work PC....

Overall Review: This was a very cost effective solution to setup dual monitoring on a cheap work station.

Washed and bright1/1/2013 12:17:45 PM

Pros: You get what you pay for. It does work and is viewable. It is not a beautiful image, by any means. For a work monitor it is fine...

Cons: The stand is "fixed" and you will not have a great viewing angle in most set ups. The contrast is pretty bad.. the blacks are light and not deep. There seems to be a brightness from the bottom fading toward to the top.

Overall Review: I have tried to adjust the settings with no real change to this issues with wash, contrast etc. Again, for a work monitor it can be used, once you get used to it.

Rock Solid4/3/2012 5:22:49 PM

Pros: I went too long before upgrading my system. Being more frugal and tired of spending $2000 every 2 years (just to hang with the Jones( I tried a mid level priced build. I am not dissappointed with the system and I am very happy with this card. For what I do and the games I play (Skyrim, BF3 etc) there are no hiccups but, with some of the highest settings tweeked. It is pretty quiet, fits in my case fine and is pretty much a 570GTX but, cheaper.

Cons: I have not had any issues after owning this for 4 months, not one.

Overall Review: I keep saying I should buy another, slap it in SLI so I can crank every setting on the newest games. The truth is, every game I have looks stunning, and plays at good frame rates. So, why waste the money. In two years I will buy the next close to the best thing (700 blah blah TI etc...) If the benchmarks are close and you save $200 bucks, call it what you want.

5 Stars for sure1/2/2012 9:00:09 PM

Pros: This really allows you to overclock close to watercooled limits ... The I7 2600K stock coolers are not that great even if you are not overclocking.. Buy it.

Cons: It is big! Make sure this fits in your case. Use the instructions online and watch the videos. The booklet is just ok. Also note that with this being so large it does require an included back bracket to be installed to the underside of the mobo.

Overall Review: i7 2600K @ 4.2ghz ASRock E3 G3 Intel 320 Series 80GB 1Tb storage drive 8 GB G.Skill Ripjaws F3-17000CL9D-8GBXM EVGA 560 GTX TI 448 (Ordering another)

VERY nice board!1/2/2012 8:49:36 PM

Pros: After shopping around and researching I bought this board. I was hesitant not to stay with Asus. I had a Q6600 on a Asus P5E for my last build. The overclocking softerware (AXTU) works great. I had no problems with the board layout. It has 2 Sata 3 ports, HDMI (I used for initial set up before adding vid card), and the onboard sound is fine. The board looks sleek and is built well.

Cons: After a month of game play, internet surfing, etc.. I have not had any issues. As others have noted it could use a few more USB ports.

Overall Review: I am very pleased with my purchase and it is a bargain for what you get. Don't let the newer name fool you. This is a quality mobo at a steal of a price. Upgrading from an old Q6600, P5E mobo, WD Raptor, 9800 GTX in SLI.. It was time... This is a beast for a build around $1000. Game changer....5/9/2011 9:49:50 PM

Pros: A night and day difference in my Dell 1440/14z. Load times are twice as fast.. amazing.

Cons: With Win 7 64, Office Suite, and 1 game on here and some work docs and pics (3-4 gb or so)s.... I have 33 GB left over. I keep my media on an external already. But feeling tight on space already...

Overall Review: Windows load time is insanely fast. This SSD boots faster than my gaming rig with raptors....

Not for a 14z5/9/2011 9:45:07 PM

Pros: It may be great. But, it does not work with a Dell 1400/14z (Model sold only in Best Buy) This particular laptop only takes up to 5GB of ram (stock 3GB). 1GB is soldered to the motherboard. The memory selection tool had me believe it was upgradable to 8GB. My fault for not pulling the cover off before purchasing/ and trusting the software. But, a good note to any of you who try to buy memory for this particular laptop using the memory tool on Newegg...

Cons: RMA process was easy... Paying a restocking fee is not much fun though. But, again.. I could have researched more and not just depended on the memory tool.

Overall Review: I ended up putting the original 2gb back in for now. But, I did replace my HD with a solid state... Much large improvement in speed than the memory grade would have been!
