Expensive way to save money
Pros: It's small, it's cheap, and it worked while it worked.
Cons: It began to fail after a couple of months, but it did not fail all at one. First, the thruput speed went down. Later it stopped allowing a connection on all but one port. I'm pretty good at troubleshooting, but this had me stymied. Finally, I brought in a tech support pro, and after much investigation, we removed this switch and, presto, everything worked. My wiring is not elegant now, but all my devices connect.
Overall Review: The switch only cost $10, but the tech support to figure out the problem it caused cost me $200.
