First negative review. READ THE REVIEWS!!!!
I did not see the many negative reviews until after I purchased a video card so I sent an email asking if there was going to be any delays in shipping, Covid related or otherwise, received a quick response assuring me that the issue has been addressed and that my order was shipping out asap. 6 days later on the night before I was told to expect it and still no movement from the Label Created/Waiting for carrier I reached out again asking for some information on when it was going to be picked up or an updated tracking number and received a second quick response assuring me that it had been picked up and was on its way and the Covid issue was causing the delay in their warehouse. The tracking number I had said otherwise. 3 days after the due date and 10 days after the order still no movement on the tracking I filed a claim with newegg for a refund.
