Cons: Short USB cord - 2" longer and it would reach my front USB ports and be able to sit flat on desk. Poor included software.

Overall Review: The NTI backup software caused BSOD's. I tried booting three times and finally had to uninstall it. I cleaned all that junk off the drive and formatted to NTFS.

Pros: Compact reader, SDHC, card can be left in reader and covered with cap. Includes cap for both ends.

Cons: None (anymore)

Overall Review: I had this problem, written in a previous review on 8/24/09: "Win XP Pro SP3 says device is unknown;" I emailed Rosewill at this address, instead of the RMA address: [email protected] I received a response from Rosewill a day and a half later with an apology and was told I would receive a new one shortly. Newegg sent a new one at no charge 3 days later! Thank you Newegg & Rosewill!!
