Pros: Considering the price of harddrives these days this was a deal too good to be true or pass up. This is exactly what I needed to expand backup space for my WHS 2011. Despite all the negative reviews here, I was more than impressed with WDC's tech responses and suggestions. A manufaturer's response to negative reviews is something that weighs heavily in my decision to purchase items here.
Cons: None so far; one egg held back for not knowing what the future will bring
Overall Review: I was skeptical especially after reading user reviews but I took full advantage of the WDC tech responses and their suggestions. I learned that it needed to be connected to an SATA3 to function properly and if I had not read the reviews I probably would not have been aware of this issue. Despite that, the board I'm using only has SATA3 ports anyway. Also, instead of finding problems after the fact, I ran WDC's Life Guard tools to make sure the drive was healthy before I put it in service. It's been running now for about 10 days with no apparent problems...knock on wood. :)

Pros: Everything you could possibly want and need to replace the obsolete floppy.
Cons: I bought two of these when on sale back in Novemeber of last year and stuck them on my shelf for future use. I installed one in a system I was building a week ago and confirmed by trying on a test motherboard that it is DOA. I can now see I've become the member of a rather large club of dissatisfied purchasers.
Overall Review: As many others have said, Rosewill sells a lot of decent cheap components and I've bought many of them. But when you let "cheap" dictate your purchase, we all get what we pay for..and very much deserve it.
Reasonable price, unreasonable video out options

Pros: I really like the M.2 slot and the on-board WIFI is a big plus.
Cons: I'm really disappointed that there was only one video out option. I'm pretty sure if I had been paying a little closer attention, I would not have bought this one. I was blinded by the light of the price point.
Overall Review: Overall, I will make this work for my needs as I'm sure it is a very stable board.
Long wait, no low-pro braket

Pros: Power and front panel connectors on the back of the card for shallow cases
Cons: False information about shipping time frame, no low profile bracket, and not Windows 10 compatible.
Overall Review: Who sells a PCIe expansion card that is not Windows 10 compatible? Answer: someone sneakily trying to unload obsolete stock
This a review of MSI's poor tech support

Pros: It was a descent FM2+board that worked fine for two years before it went bad
Cons: I was issued an RMA but was informed that they didn't have anymore of these boards so they sent me the Grenade version...which lasted 2 more months before I sent it in and was sent back a similar board (possibly the same one) which didn't work plus it was sent back without the CPU bracket. Luckily I had an old board and was able to get the part off of it. When I contacted them to complain that this one was doing the exact same thing as the last one, I was totally ignored. The 3 year warranty ran out today and i'm left with a piece of junk board. Was that their plan all along?
Overall Review: I've been a loyal customer and bought probably 20 MSI boards over the years and I had always been impressed with their price/quality/feature ratios but over the last year of so, I've really lost confidence in their products but more especially their tech support.
"Quality and customer service are our top priorities."

Pros: Good price point; not really able to rate it.
Cons: I can't find out why this kit is apparently not compatible with my motherboard. I'll admit I did not do my homework and was taken aback when the RAM instructions that came with my AB350 PRO4 listed so many of what to do and not to do depending on which Ryzen you use in your board. Just about every model of G. Skill beginning with F4-2133C15D -xxxxx appears to be compatible with my board but not the 16GVR. But why? I'm looking for the clarification before I have to do an expensive return of this RAM so I can buy something compatible.
Overall Review: I've asked the question in numerous venues with no responses to my queries and I've emailed and attempted to call G. Skill tech support but they don't answer the phone and don't respond to email. I hope this post gets their attention.
Where are they?
I ordered these on 11/12/2013 but I've still not received these lights. Very disappointing. :(
Non-existent customer service
I ordered the AGT air horn kit on 4/25/12. It was sent via USPS in a manilla envelope of all things and surprise, surprise, it arrived damaged. In addition to that, it looked as though it was a regift item probably sent back and resent to me. The packaging was tatered and a mess. I contacted NewEgg as indicated from the invoice link marked "Report A Problem". The only problem is that NewEgg doesn't want to hear about a problem concernng one of their 3rd party vendors because it's they don'tconsider it their problem. I've contacted Speedshop numerous times and have been promised repeatedly they would send out a replacement "right away" but they never do. I contacted them by phone over a week ago and the person I spoke with said he would send it out and I should get it the next day. Another false and unfullfilled promise. It's bad enough they would ship something like that in soft packaging to save fifty cents but to not follow through with proper customer service is reprehensible.
