Great Memory

Pros: The memory is thin and fits well in my T61p. Had no problems installing it. Crucial Name and NewEgg delivery is a great combination.
Cons: A bit costly but as with all things, wait long enough and the price will come down.
Overall Review: This has given my T61p 8gb of memory and now I can run several virtual servers at one time. You don't need a 64bit OS as Windows 2003 Server will recognize the memory if one is so inclined to run a server OS instead of Vista or XP.
8GB in Thinkpad x61 Tablet!

Pros: Price - How can you resist the calling of 8GB in a laptop? Good packaging, fast shipping, NewEgg is great! Why such the difference between the other's? Not Sure.
Cons: Haven't seen any yet.
Overall Review: Now my thinkpad x61 tablet has 8gb of ram running vista 64. Compared to my t61p with 8gb using crucial's 4gb sticks, so far same results when testing. Both running well, I could have saved a few hundred and gone with gskill, :(
Pretty Good Drive for the Price

Comments: I also had a hard time initializing the drive from my Imac G4. I had to connect it to my PC laptop to initialize it then hook it back up to my Imac where it was then able to see it, Mac's disk utility and I was able to format and partition the dirve. So far so good.
Pretty Good Drive for the Prices

Comments: So far I am getting pretty decent results with this drive. I have it inside an external 3.5 fire wire enclosure and hooked up to my Imac G4. I get about 1.5 GB's per minute transfer rate. Although it runs a little warm in the enclosure, it doesn't get too hot. It is very quiet. Looks like I’ll be getting another one soon.
