Power to the people!

RAIDMAX Blackstone series RX-700AC 700W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
RAIDMAX Blackstone series RX-700AC 700W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: Modular cable plugs. I love this feature! Simply attach the cord you need, and the rest stay out of the way. It even comes with a little plastic twist tie to keep the cables tucked away when not needed. Comes with several cables that provide power to floppy drives, 4-pin MOLEX, and SATA drives, as well as a 6-pin PCI-Express power plug. Extremely quiet. Doesn't roar like some PSUs that I've had over the years.

Cons: None that I can really think of.

Overall Review: It is blue... it comes with an internal light that makes the back of my case shine a blue light from the rear fan. For those of you who have side windows on your cases and have blue internal lighting, then I would recommend this to complete the lighting.

RAM Upgrade

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin PC RAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin PC RAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL

Pros: Upgraded from 8GB to 16GB on my AMD system. Easy to install and dissipates the heat well enough. Never had any issues with overheating or failure.

Cons: That it didn't turn into DDR4 version when I upgraded my system via some firmware update and increase the clock speed to the newest rate? I've had no complaints about these memory sticks since I've owned them.

Overall Review: I've had these two of these RAM sticks in my system for over a year and the previous 8GB set for almost three with no problems. G.SKILL has held up well with everything I've thrown at them over the last three years. I have not tried to overclock this particular style of memory chip, so I cannot offer any opinion on this.

Storage Locker

WD Black 2TB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD2003FZEX
WD Black 2TB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD2003FZEX

Pros: Holds my data, works with my system and doesn't require any special unlocking. Good performance for a platter drive. My programs and games load fine and transferring data between other sources to and from it have decent speeds. Fairly quiet, even when under a load or defragging. - This is only for a single drive, nothing configured in a RAID array. I do not know how this drive functions as a RAID. Simple to install and comes with a little packet of mounting screws, just in case you need some.

Cons: Doesn't spontaneously expand its size into a larger drive at night.

Overall Review: Drives are a gamble. You can get ones that are DOA, have bad sectors or fail within a few months. Drives get tossed around during transit. Things can happen. I've only had this one for a short time so it is too soon to judge. I've had various HDs from various companies over the years and I've always had good luck with the WD Black series drives. If anything happens to it, I'll update the review.

Snowy Sports

Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory Model BLS4K4G4D240FSC
Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory Model BLS4K4G4D240FSC

Pros: Decent performance without needing to overclock the memory. White snow pattern matched my new motherboard's pattern. Locks into the memory slots smoothly and rests neatly in place. With all four memory chips in place, the heat build up isn't bad, even under a benchmark test. It got warm, but nothing that set off any alarms or warnings. So if the memory stress test didn't set them on fire, normal gaming and PC use sure won't.

Cons: None so far that I have found.

Overall Review: Maybe I did it wrong, but it seemed like when I tried testing the system with overclocked memory, it just seemed like I got a performance drop. Nothing to dock an egg about, since it was mere experimentation on my part.

Intel Upgrade

Intel Core i5 6th Gen - Core i5-6600K 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.5 GHz LGA 1151 91W BX80662I56600K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530
Intel Core i5 6th Gen - Core i5-6600K 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.5 GHz LGA 1151 91W BX80662I56600K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530

Pros: It goes into the processor slot like it should. Very easy to install. 3.5 GHz with 3.9 GHz turbo. Capable of steady (and stable) overclocking to 4.6 GHz so far. Purchased as an upgrade from an older system and for a mid-range build, this processor has really proven itself to give me the processor power I need.

Cons: It only has 4 cores. (If I had to Con something, that would be my only complaint.)

Overall Review: I have not tried using the Intel HD Graphics 530 that comes with it, so I cannot say much about it. Anything over 4.6 GHz I have found to be unstable with overclocking.

Quiet Snowblower

Cooler Master Hyper 212X - CPU Cooler with Dual 120mm PWM Fan
Cooler Master Hyper 212X - CPU Cooler with Dual 120mm PWM Fan

Pros: Surprisingly quiet for a dual fan CPU cooler. Cools my CPU surprisingly fast, even at the automatic cooling modes. Fairly easy to install with both AMD and Intel mounting equipment and instructions.

Cons: The cross member that the Intel CPU uses to hold it into place could snap into the center of the CPU cooler instead of just sitting in a small hole. It would have helped during installation to keep the mounting bracket in place.

Overall Review: Only gets noisy when you turn it up to full power on both fans. I've got an overclocked i5-6600K processor underneath this beast and it keeps it comfortably cool even under a full load. While I don't do a lot of high end video processing or some super CPU intense activities, it manages to keep everything under control while gaming.

I purchased a backpack from this seller and I must say I am quite impressed with the level of customer service I received from them. Not only did I receive my invoice and tracking information from Newegg, I also received a copy of it from antonline with a request that if there was any problems to contact them directly. The shipping was incredibly fast and even though it was a simple backpack, they packaged it with enough packing, you would think I had a hard drive or some kind of sensitive device inside. Its the little details that make a purchase more than just a transaction. While I didn't have any direct contact with antonline, I didn't have any problems with my purchase that I needed to contact them. I would definitely do business with them again.
