Pros: These arrived quickly in the mail. They are clean and new. The enclosed instruction sheet with a link to instructions worked perfectly. There is a short video if you need that also. Now I have two extra FOB's in case I lock my keys in the truck.
Overall Review: Keep a couple of these around for spares to unlock your vehicle from outside work shed, etc.
Pros: Works out of the box. Great for use with iphone.
Cons: Paper Jam. I have been using this for about 1 month and continue to get paper jams that are annoying. The only way I have been able to clear the jam is to reset the firmware. I think there are a few of these that are faulty from the factory and are probably good for the junk yard.
Pros: The video card works great so far. Some clarity and speed improvement over the on-board video card.
Cons: Rebate check from TUL Inc. and "East West Bank" date received 06/14/2013 but dated on check over a year ago as 05/28/2012 with void after 90 days. I'll have to see if bank will cash it.
Pros: This unit is compact and very intuitive to use. Hit the power button and snap a photo, or one push button to switch to video and hit record.
Fits great in shirt pocket without too much discomfort.
Auto adjusts in different light.
Video seems to capture very well with anti shake. Very nice video.
I got mine for $109.00 and free shipping during Newegg shell shocker. As usual, Newegg shipments arrive next day or second day.
I took a few photos and was able to view them in seconds on my computer via included usb cable.
Cons: No case, but I picked up a very nice tough shell case at Unclaimed baggage for $1.
Does not come with the micro hdmi cable. Has flyer to register for free micro hdmi cable after you register your camera online, but I haven't seen it yet nor did I get a register e-mail to get the free cable. Also requires shipping and handling for free cable. Not sure how much that is, or why I haven't gotten a request from them. Newegg has a cable for $8.99, so I doubt a free cable from Kodak would be cheaper than that.
I can't take any eggs away from this camera, because it is just so well made.
Overall Review: Remote is extra and I am thinking of buying one to try.
Photos are 5.1 megapixel and are a fixed size. You'll have to resize on your computer, if you need to get a smaller file size.
Pros: When it works, this board does an outstanding job. RMA's work well after you learn their system.
Cons: Asus Warranty is slow and their quality control for returning products is not good.
Overall Review: The NIC port on this board has failed twice. The first RMA went well and in 3 weeks I was back up and running. My second NIC failure and RMA resulted in getting the same serial number board back that had not been repaired. It appears Asus pulled the Mobo from my factory box, sat on bench for a week, then put in mylar bag and shipped back as is. I'm spending more on postage than the board is worth. I am highly considering trying a different manufacturer for my future builds.
Pros: Received in two days. Thanks Newegg!
I installed this reader in one of my Thermaltake floppy bays in about 10 minutes, and that includes taking it from the box to powering up my computer. Vista 64 recognized and installed this unit with no problems.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: The two face plates are a nice thought. The black one was installed upon arrival, so I didn't have to change it out. Package arrived safely by USPS in a blister pack and no damage.
Pros: The unit works great and just as advertised.
Cons: For the price, none.
