Pros: Able to download more PS3 content now. I just backed up the data to an external through the console and swapped the HDD and restored. It has been working fine since June. On the PS3 side be careful of the screws they are small and can strip easily. Just make sure you have the appropriate bit.

Overall Review: If you have a 40GB version like me and are running out of space get this ASAP you will be very happy.
