Pros: - Widescreen
- No Dead Pixels
- VESA mountable (Currently on a VIV() mount)
- Able to adjust monitor settings through software from LG website
Cons: - The automatic energy saver function is a bit annoying. Had to turn it off.
Overall Review: This was shipped via Fedex. The problem is this was just left at my front door, no signature required. I dont understand how you you can leave a $500+ item without requiring for anyone to sign for it. Luckily for me, my neighbor sent me a txt letting me know it arrived. If you decide to purchase this item, I strongly suggest you have someone at home to intercept the package.
Pros: - Quiet, they are mounted on the top of my case for my 240mm radiator, dont hear a thing.
- Rubberized corner grommets, whoever though of this is a genius.
Cons: - Wasnt free
Overall Review: I bought 2 of these to replace the stock fans that came with my H105 radiator. The stock fans started created noises within the first month of usage. With the re-shipping and replacement cost, it was just easier to buy these instead. Great investment. Whisper quiet.
Pros: Using this to replace an air cooler that took up way too much space.
Brought down my temp to a consistent 39C vs my old air cooler at 59C.
Cons: Like many people have expressed before, I hear the rumbling sound due to air pockets within the tubing.
A quick fix to this that works for me is one of the following:
- Slap the top of your desktop
- Make sure the tubing is elevated a bit after install (top mounted radiator)
- Do a quick express test and max out all settings on my PC to cause the radiator to kick in
After install, im too lazy to call and ask for a replacement. It's an issue I can deal with as long as it doesnt come with long term negative consequesnces.
Overall Review: I may tried to front mount this AIO, maybe that will help alleviate the air pocket issue.
Other than that, it was a great choice to purchase.
Pros: -Fast response time
Cons: Stopped working just around the time the warranty expired
Overall Review: Gradually it stopped working. It got to a point where the only way it would turn on would be if i unplugged the power cable and plugged it back in. Then one day, I left my monitor on and went downstairs. I came back after 30mins to smoke and the smell of burning plastic.
I still have the monitor in my closet as a memento to why I will never buy an Asus monitor again.
Pros: 11/9//2016 Update: It seems like the recent driver update has fixed the issue with the card. The card would sometimes stall under heavy loads and freeze. I havent encountered that issue after latch driver patch. For those having the same issue I recommend to patch to the latest driver.
Cons: -Back plate? Once I opened this and felt the weight, Im curious as to why the back plate is sold separately...I think that's a horrible move on EVGA's part. I mean this isn't a budget card. If the customer buys a top tier item, I dont think they should be sold 95% of an item and be expected to pay $20 for the remaining 5%.
Overall Review: For the price, you get what you pay for. I didnt want to buy a budget card for it to be upgraded in a few years. With this I know I wont have to cash out more money in the long run.
EVGA, please dont become a company that focuses on profit>consumers.
Pros: -Does what its suppose to. Needed to replace a toner I had for a few years. These work just fine
Cons: Doesnt write my papers
Overall Review: I have run through some no name brand toners only to be disappointed. Just buy stock and save yourself the hassle
Pros: Inserted into my Galaxy S5 and works right off the bat.
Cons: Doesnt bring me bacon.
Overall Review: Does what it sspose to and theres no hick ups
Pros: Had this monitor for about a month now. Got it on sale when it was offered in the flash deal for about $180. Nothing bad can be said, works like a charm, no dead pixels.
Cons: It doesnt deliver tacos from taco bell?
Overall Review: For those complaining about the sound quality. ITS A MONITOR. Its 2014, buy some speakers. The speakers are just an accessory but nothing to lose an egg over.
Pros: -Noise Cancellation
-Good sound (while it lasted)
-Non -tangling flat wire
Cons: I cant gripe much since I bought it on sale but the life span on these were far more shorter than any cheap pair of earbuds I have owned. I used these on my bus ride home and suddenly the sound in the left bud goes out...
Overall Review: No problems with newegg, I love you guys but i will def. be contacting the company so that I can get these replaced under their warranty.
Pros: Very spatious
Cons: At first I thought it was my hardrives since theyre pretty old but then i noticed that most things plugged in would get me an Error message. So out of 8 SATA ports, only 3 work... sucks that my 30day rma period is gone... Ive never had an issue with EVGA products so im going to give them my benefit of the doubt and say i was just unlucky with this mobo.
Pros: -Great replacement for stock cooler
-Constant temp (no ovverclocking yet)
Cons: -Enormous (If you add both fans, you will lose a DIMM slot)
Overall Review: Only reason for 4 stars is that the rebate that is offered is invalid. I dont know whether its fault by newegg or thermaltake but you shouldnt offer a rebate that doesnt exist. I purchased this on 11/24 so i qualify for you rebates from 11/1 -11/30. I go to the thermaltake website but the rebate doesnt exist.
Pros: Great little drive that is extremely portable. Light aint too bright to annoy you but bright enough to let you know its operational
Cons: Total space is 14.7. I dont know how im missing 1.3GB right off the bat. It doesnt even come within any applications pre-installed on the usb. Usually its .5Gb but then again ill format and see if that changes.
Overall Review: it feels cheap... Maybe its because its a retractable usb(click in/out to use).
Wish there was a key ring or something. I hope I dont lose this like my other drives =/
Pros: Simple Plug and Play
No bloatware to install
Cons: It doesnt have a mind of its own
Overall Review: I like the new usb style power up. NERDGASMIC!
Pros: -New Units
-Just about Everything
Cons: -Compared to tjhe first one it might take a while to get use too the new units
-Some hotkeys have been changed
-Kinda "warcraft'ish" i suppose
Overall Review: I still play the original starcraft and its been FOREVER till now. All die hards fans should get it. Even if your not it'll tell you the storyline while you install so you wont be lost if your brand new to the starcraft saga
Pros: Windows Mobile
Great touch response
Ease of Use
3.5mm audio jack FINALLY
Cons: Not as fast as I expected but hey its a phone not a computer.
After closing apps its its activated under task manager
(Just go to task mngr and close it. No biggie.takes 3 secs)
Overall Review: Im switching from a C905 to the X2 Xperia. For one thing it is a blast to use. This is my first touch phone so it was a bit fustrating getting it to work. Still tinkering with it. For the user that said he was having lock up issues, I was having the same thing till I updated the firmware. The difference from the factory setting and the current firmware is like night and day. Just go to their website and update it to its current firmware before you do anything with your phone. I was skeptical for the price but I think I made a great choice. Ill update if anything happens.
Pros: It works?
Cons: -Not that powerful
-No on/off button for LED light.
-Turbo isnt really turbo if you catch my drift
Overall Review: It picks up light dust particles. But hey you get what you paid for right? Even using this, you'll still probably have to use a cple q-tips and wipes when cleaning your pc
Pros: Asus does it again. Always loved their concept for the Eee PC's. Making a seashell version w/ windows os was the tipping point for me. Great specs for a netbook.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Fingerprints? But isnt that all pc's with a glossy case?
Overall Review: Bought this for my sister since she needed a replacement for her old ANCIENT laptop. The Asus netbook was the perfect replacement. Small, compatible and gets the job done. She still hasnt stopped sending me emails saying thank you.... ugh....
Pros: -Great camera for the price
-Does exactly what its made for
-Picture is really crisp and clear
-Adaptable to any location(flexi-bend holster)
Cons: -Little button on top can get annoying
-Tries to install microsoft apps, bit annoying for anyone who uses webcam software other than the one given with webcam
Overall Review: I bought two of these. One for my labtop and one for my girlfriend while Im deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom. The webcam works great, compared to the others I've seen and tried, I say this is the greatest bang for the buck. I mean if I can use it in the desert with no hassles,im sure to operate one at home should be a no-brainer
