Pros: Good price, decent performance given the price, cheap enough to replace 5 times over compared to a high end proprietary drive.

Overall Review: I ordered 6 of these 7/1/2008 and they have been in a single raid 5 array on a 3ware 9650Se-12ML raid controller, mounted in an icydock internal enclosure. None have failed, none reporting errors.
