Pros: This router is very nice! amazing wifi coverage in my home (4 bedroom home 3 stories and lots of walls) speeds are great and consistent. gives muuuch better reception and signal quality than my old netgear. setup and settings are easy to navigate and understand. overall great router!
Cons: nothing to note yet!
Overall Review: i highly recommend this router! great coverage, speed and quality.
Pros: This is a very well rounded motherboard. Definitely well equipped with features! I have always loved ASUS Motherboards and this board (along with my i7 3770 ivy bridge Processor) will have me coming back every upgrade!
Cons: Bios settings GUI doesn't look anywhere near as nice as pictured (may be the resolution im not sure. 1680/1050) The bios GUI is also not quite as intuitive as it could be but it definately gets the job done. Drivers for windows 7 (mainly raid/ahci drivers) are fair at best.
Pros: First I'd like to state that this is my first Intel processor for my desktop in several years. Been an amd fanboy up until bulldozer was such a flop. I installed this into my desktop with a Asus board and my computer SCREAMS now. Its much faster than my phenom 2 ever was.
Cons: None so far!
Overall Review: Definitely a great buy if you have anything slower than a Sandy bridge processor
Pros: this flash drive is Quick! 10MB/s writes on 25-40MB/s reads 64-bit Vista has dual channel memory.
Cons: "only" 16 GB
Pros: This kit is 4 GB 1066Mhz with real nice tight timings. Very fast. bought 2 for 8 GB of ram for my gaming rig. dont regret that decision.
its Corsair Dominator what better!?
Cons: needs 2.1V to run at its "stock" settings.
Pros: This thing works. No perceptable lag. Setup for the actual receiver was simple. used this for Assassin's Creed PC worked like a charm.
Cons: Its not free?
Pros: I bought 2 of these for CrossfireX and i am very happy the performance! these things together are a HUGE gain for me since i only had a 8800GTS 640m before =PP
1600 x 1200 Rez for crysis on HIGH setting is very consistant on FPS even during intense firefights
these cards represent the best Bang-For-Your-Buck anywhere! 300 for 1 when a GTX280 is 600+ and you get comparable performance!
Cons: these cards arent performing to their >Full< potiential because of very immature drivers at the moment.
these things sound like a fullsized vaccum cleaners when the fans are on 100% haha
Overall Review: AMD Spider platform is the way to go!
Pros: This thing is a huge upgrade over my X2 4400+ no doubt. Quad-core with a unlocked multiplier for less than the other guys. ;-D this thing runs COOL when u got Cool n' Quiet enabled. had it to 17 degree's with a Nautilus Watercooler set to Low..
Newegg Of course is the Best!!! =D
Cons: My processor i got was defective and could not run 64-Bit... i RMA'ed it. This thing overclocks about as well as a rock.. 2.5Ghz fairly stable is the max i had gotten with the proc WITH WATERCOOLING! The TLB bug.. not sure if i got it but i got a few Blue screens.
Overall Review: This processor performs very well for the $$$ so if your a person that wants the best Bang for the buck and are a AMD fanboy like myself... this is the processor to get but maybe at a later revision so the TLB bug is not there as well as better overclocking headroom cuz i mean.. come on.. your getting a Black edition to overclock! =P
Pros: This think keeps my AMD Phenom 9600 Black edition @ 15 degree's C Idle and no higher than 26 degree's C under FULL load on all 4 cores... this think leaves my old air cooler in the dust! this thing is quite simple to set up.. follow the directions to the S and you'll be Good to go! You can add water blocks- Tubing- radiators and extras to the system and get your whole computer cooled! but i must warn you.. if you expand the system with a GPU water block (or 2) or some other water block you should get an extra radiator.
Cons: The tubing is quite stiff... the hole is kinda awkward to pore into and also the little reservoir water gauge is good for nothing but seeing milky green light..
Overall Review: Its a little awkward sitting on top of my Cosmos Case but it works =p I'm personally tempted to mod it a bit and just integrate it into my case that way..
Pros: 4 cores for cheaper than 1nt3l. unlocked multiplier. Major upgrade over my Amd Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 939 socket cpu. bought this with some corsair XM2 Ram and i couldnt be happier!! =D
newegg was amazing as always!!
Cons: i needed to get a better cooler so i could overclock more. this thing gets hot! i run Vista 64 bit xD
Overall Review: cant wait till amd's Bulldozer processor comes out!
Pros: This monitor looks awesome! There is little to no ghosting (as far as i can see anyway) its a very good monitor especially for the price!
Cons: its not a DVI monitor =\
Overall Review: Newegg is da t! =D
Pros: this cooler is Absolutely worth every PENNY!!! Cooled my X2 4400 from 52C (100% load) to MAX of 40C
Idle was normally 40C now its at a nice 30C! ALL that while remaining COMPLETELY silent! Way to go Zalman!
Cons: nothing at all!
Overall Review: be careful with the fins... they seem sturdy but can be bent easily
Pros: this processor is a GREAT beast from Amd! i accidentally had my cpu fan unplugged and this cool boy never got over 60c under full load!!! thats a Cool potato =p
It chops right thru all the multitasking i do!
If you over clock this bad boy to 2.4 Ghz you basically get the higher priced 4800+ for cheaper!
Cons: Absolutely NOTHING!! =D
Overall Review: best cpu i've ever purchased!
Pros: Absolutely Beautiful!! keeps my Components WAYYYYY cooler than my antec did... thanks to the 2 120mm and 1 90mm fans! it does all that while being completely silent! the Window is really nice and shows all the blue light i have inside my case!
Cons: used Plastic clips for the drives (easy to break)
Overall Review: great case no doubt! the only sound coming from it is from my mobo's dieing Northbridge Chipset cooler!
Pros: I forgot to put in my last review that it has a removable filter in the front intake!
Cons: - -
Pros: Everything! the case is roomy shiney and has a AWESOME look. I watched the difference in temp's and it was amazing. 10 degrees Celcius difference with my videocard 7-10 with my hard drives and 15 with my processor! thats some amazing changes!!
Cons: Only the pci retainers seem kind of flimsy but they hold tight! also the wiring for the top ports (namely the audio ports) were quite tedious to plug in on my mobo because they were at the absolute bottom back corner of my mobo
Overall Review: eggcellent service as always newegg! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK! you got my as a customer for life =D
Pros: After a month the highest ive seen this processors temp go is 51 degrees (celcius) the only time it did that is when i ran CPU Burn-in and folding@home at the same time! cpu burn in took each core to 50% how funny! amazing performance and i would buy again without a thought!!
Cons: The only con (and its not even the processor) is that Windows slows it down!
Overall Review: Amazing processor and a great buy!
Comp specs now-
Msi K8n SLI mobo
Amd Athlon 64 4400+
2Gigs of kinston ram in dual channel
2x 120 Gb hard drives in raid 0
Soundblaster audigy 4
Pros: 1Mb l2 for each core! 2.2Ghz athlon 64 processors communicating thru that wonderful crossbar switch NOT the FSB like some other company who shall remain nameless ::cough::Ixxxl ::cough:: Greatest performace i have ever experienced from a processor!!
And of course Newegg being very fast with delivery!! took 1 day!!!!
Cons: none!!! its perfect!! the only thing i could possibly come up with thats bad about it is its not the 4800+ but a 200Mhz overclock brings it to the 4800+ =D
Overall Review: my comp spec's -
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
1Gig of kingston ram
Nvidia Geforce 7800 GTX
MSI K8N SLI-F Mobo
Sound Blaster audigy 4
