BEST CASE EVER-- and stuff
Pros: Simply the best case I have ever picked up Quiet Clean Easy to use Cable management built in Well thought out
Cons: There is not more of them in the world!
Overall Review: I got a smaller version of this case with out a window and have loved it. Its super quiet and keeps all dust out... So when I needed another one for a new pc I got the big brother with a window-- Same look and feel just a slightly larger case. This one has room behind the MOBO mounting plate to run cables etc. The drive bays are all clip & Slide in/out. Just a well thought out deal
Cheap but sturdy
Pros: -The table is very sturdy for as 'cost effective as it is'. -The parts all fit together and the build was fun and easy for me and my young son.
Cons: -The table top materials are very cheap, press board with a sicker on it. I set a hot cup of coffee down on the table top and after about 20 minutes the sticker was bubbling there- No biggie, I can use a coaster- but the sticker material felt - not like a sticker - so I didn't think about it right away. -The computer tower stand is too small / not wide enough for a standard ATX mid tower. You need a SLIM to work there.
Overall Review: -I would not have bought this if I had known how cheap the materials for the table top were going to be, and the overall fit of the computer section. -Even then, the meatal parts are good quality and I wont be throwing it away or replacing it. Its fine to use and at this price is hard to complain about...
Well made Small Speakers
Pros: Small, High quality constuction, "OK" Sound.
Cons: Charging lights, No USB support for Audio, no Bluetooth, and Limited product documents.
Overall Review: These speakers are very well made, in-expensive speakers that produce “ok” sound. The sound quality is greater than you would expect from the device after you see the IRL size, and can be improved if you play with your computer equalizer and add some bass. They would work well for MP3 Players, laptops, and even PC's. The video on Newegg says they can provide PC and Laptop audio via the USB or 3.5mm Jack. So far from what I can tell the USB is for charging only. When I picked these up I assumed they would have Bluetooth on them. They do not- so even though you can charge them up and take them with you, you still need a cable to plug them in. Over all if you are looking for a well put together compact speaker that can provide its own power while on the go- these would be a nice fit as long as you don’t mind the cable going from your mobile device to your speakers. I am using them as small PC speakers, because I do not want large loud speakers for my home use. They provide good sound and I keep them plugged in at all times. The only drawback I see at this point is the blue charging lights flash almost all the time, it can be distracting to the eye. I will write up another review in a few weeks.
Plug N'Play / inexpensive
Pros: Low expense Works with out issue
Cons: None that I can think of now.
Overall Review: If you are looking at this rather than a Blu-ray burner you are probably not looking to spend much but need a dvd reader if not burner.. Look no further. I caught this on sale for like 16 bucks-- worth....
Good features - cheaper parts
Pros: This mother board from ASUS is very good. Easy to use point and click bios- easy over clocking if you are new to it. It has many additional features that stand out as well. -NFC connector -Lots of USB3 ports -more than enough fan controllers
Cons: The plastic clip for the PCIe Ports, they looks/feels like the clips used on RAM but they don't work very well and I had one lock closed and didn't open with out popping off. I took the rest off rather than risk prying/pushing on the mother board in future changes. When you screen in your video card-- it stays in place-- no clips required. Over all the PCIe Clips seemed cheesy and not up to ASUS standard.
Overall Review: Its good for the money. haswell + lots of ram speed options. Has 8x8 or 16/8/8 if you want to do sli so not bad at all there- Over all good board-
Back lit LED LCD
Pros: Fantastic monitor for the price Simple & Clean design/quality No extras -Just picture Just a good HDMI monitor
Cons: No speakers No DVI For some reason they bothered to include an AVI port...
Overall Review: I picked up a 120MHz LCD LED BL 3D monitor + tv tuner etc.. from Samsung last year, for my wife. it was 700 bucks.. 3D aside these monitors LOOK the same to me. To be honest I like this one more b/c I don't use 3d and its just simple no extras - just an easy monitor. Note if you need DVI they have this same one with out AVI/HDMI and DVI/AVI instead
Slow boat from China......
So I ordered 2 very small items in mid Nov. It is now late December and they finally changed the status to shipped on the 19th.... The destination is somewhere else in china.. I think this is a scam. I am calling new egg today to get a refund and replacement from a different seller.
