Cisco Valet Wireless Adapter5/4/2012 1:21:03 PM

Pros: None

Cons: Junk! Did not work at all!! My desktop met all the minimum system requirement. Tried to call Cisco customer service, they advised me to upgrade my system with them for some charges, if I want to. Of course, I did not want to. So, just for the heck of it, I stopped by Target and bought a Belkin N150 wireless adapter. Got home, plug it in to my desktop, and it works! And, you know what Mr. Cisco!? I don't have to upgrade my system. I will never buy Cicso products anymore. What a terrible product and customer service!

Rosewill USB parallel printer adapter2/24/2009 5:12:14 PM

Pros: Very good ... for the garbage.

Cons: Tried it for a month, downloaded the necessary driver for my printer, compatible with my Window XP, called the Rosewill tech support, tried different printers, but nothing works. Bought a different adapter from "Best Connectivity", with the same price, works right away the first time I connected to my computer. With Rosewill adapter, Windows XP could not even recognized the driver, kept giving a message "Unknown Device". Not worth the shipping to send this junk back. I shipped it to my carbage can.
