Pros: This thing is great. I had concerns about the power supply not being able to handle the components I had in mind. Currently, I have an Intel E8400 Core2, 2x 10k velociraptors, 4gb, and a higher end 8800gt powered graphics card. This system has no problem powering everything. I was able to overclock the cpu a bit and still keep everything cool inside. Came with everything I needed to keep cables nice and neat inside.

Cons: The fan gets loud when I game. Not too bad. I have decent speakers so that drowns out the fan noise.

Overall Review: I originally built this for my mom just as an everyday pc. Once I saw that I could spiff it up a little bit, I gave her my two year old dell. She'll never know the difference.

Very Impressed8/24/2009 10:21:54 AM

Pros: I replaced the pathetic stock SSD in my EEE 900a. This made the netbook actually very usable. I can now watch netflix movies on windows 7 with no slowdowns what so ever. The drive scored as high as my 7200rpm 16mb cache drive I have in my full size laptop. This is a must buy!!!

Cons: None!!!

Respectible Netbook11/19/2008 8:17:18 AM

Pros: This netbook is great. After reviewing and looking over the Acer aspire one, the EEE 901 and the Lenovo S10, this is the best bang for the buck. The Wind has become my favorite machine. Not only does it perform well in xp, but ubuntu and even OSX run great on it. The keyboard is very comfortable compared to the eee or the aspire one and I don't tell much difference from a full sized keyboard. I can't enough about the screen. It's super sharp and very bright on the highest setting.

Cons: The build quality could be a little better. It definitely a finger print magnet if you get the black one. The battery life is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Others report getting 2:30+ hours of battery life. I'm lucky to get just two hours on medium to low brightness. The battery is rated for 2200mAh but mine won't charge past 2000. Not a huge deal since I'm getting a 9cell soon.

Overall Review: The screen size, hard drive capacity and keyboard make this a great buy compared to the other netbooks fro the same price.
